On a very secluded area with not to much traffic . The owners are both friendly and familiar. Customers who rent here have rented here for a very long time and with very good reason . If you are one of the few lucky ones to catch a spot here . You know your lucky

It’s unfortunate that I need to write this review but just a warning, please don’t spend your money or keep your valuables here, find another reputable storage unit in the area. I just moved to Bozeman this year and was excited to find this storage facility because it was the most inexpensive option at the time. The owner in the beginning was nothing but helpful and I was able to get my stuff into the unit which I planned to rent for 3 months.Not even two days after my stuff had been put in the unit and I had flown home, I get a call saying my lock is gone and after a friend checked it out, I discovered THOUSANDS of dollars of my items taken. When I got the police involved the owner became extremely unhelpful by withholding information, video camera footage, and just kept continuously claiming that “this never happens here”. My unit was the only unit broken into at the time and I just believed the situation could have been handled much better. I would have been leaving a more positive review if any accountability or help had been given from the facility. I was lucky enough to find only one of my items.Please DO NOT rent a space here to hold your stuff and if you do, by a tough lock and pray for no other “unexpected incidents”.

The owners are the most amazing people. Just real people looking to help out.. I would recommend them any day of the week. I am blessed to have them as my storage keepers. The attention to detail and making sure your storage is always a ailanle to you even in the nastiest of Montana storms speaks volumes!!!!

Over zealous owners! Apparently they have nothing else better to do with their lives other then messing with their customers. They like to change the "terms" after your renting from them. They don't want customers to be there other then to drop something off or pick up quickly. Not allowed to work on your vehicle in your payed for outdoor storage. This place is an absolute joke!

Having had multiple units in this very location for over a decade, when new owners took over; Rent on the smallest of units has increased semi-annually to more than reasonable. When comparing the space for the price in this location many other facilities in the area still maintain much better prices per square footage allotted, while also ensuring the security of the items that you and I both entrust them to store. Creatures such as mice, camel spiders, and funnel spiders abound and are able to gain entry into the units due to poor construction, lackluster care, and shoddy maintenance. Anyone thinking about using this storage center should greatly reconsider their choice.
