“What a find this store is. I didn’t expect so many beautiful and well-made pieces, nor such great pricing. Such good people too; they were very welcoming and right on hand when we did finally have a question, but they never hovered so we were free to look and sit and open and touch and really consider everything. Managed to leave without buying too many more things than were on our list, but I expect to be back soon for other furniture needs.
Make sure you stop in if you’re on the hunt for furniture, and definitely check out the Amish line they are bringing in. Stunning, exactly the quality we know to expect with Amish carpentry, but at prices more of us can afford.”
“What a bright spot in our downtown Bozeman experience. We were planning on going rock hounding in the area and we're recommended to go here. The staff was beyond wonderful. We ended up getting great directions to several places, bought many local specimens amd a beautiful set of book end. Honestly, our favorite stop in Bozeman. We want to treasure the communities we visit and are not always into the tourist vibe. We wanted to connect to the area and these ladies food such a wonderful job.”
“I need to share how MUCH I love Basiclai’s pour over funnel — it’s the best coffee maker on the planet. Bought another one from a local coffee roaster that I hate. Breaks all the filters! But Basiclai’s actually makes the water take its time filtering through the coffee grounds. Great flavor!”

“We had bought a kestrel sofa over A year and a half ago, the poor craftsmanship was starting to show about a year after owning the sofa. The sofa springs started to come through the cushions stitching started to come apart. The pillows would not remain attached to the Velcro. Needless to say it was a complete and utter disaster. I called Ashley‘s, to explain my situation and the craftsmanship of the sofa and they didn’t hesitate to refund my money in store credit, we picked out a new sofa they came and got the old one and delivered the new one. The customer service is exceptional and I will definitely be doing business with them again.”
“Replaced our 10-year-old sleep number with a new one. Everyone with the company had good communication. When they delivered our new one, they moved our old one to a guest room and set it up as well. They were friendly and showed up on time and did exactly what they were here to do. Very much appreciated!”
“I bought a beautiful leather couch from Travis & his wife. They were very helpful, very knowledgeable of the product, and both the sale and the delivery process were great. Highly recommend, and looking forward to getting more pieces from them in the future!”
“Great store we love it, have been going since it opened. The one woman Sarah ( I believe her name is) is absolutely wonderful and very friendly.
Most staff is wonderful, our only complaint is the blonde woman named Lorna. She has always been extremely rude and very short with us, and other people for absolutely no reason. And she has a lot of attitude towards people, and won't say hi even. We had purchased something that had a discounted price sticker on it (and placed that face up) and she looked at it and rang up the item at the non discounted price. When I pointed out the sticker to her she huffed and rolled her eyes and complained that "now I have to rescan everything".”

“This Ross store is well run. I live in Billings and go to Ross there about 3 times a week. It's always a longgggg checkout line while most employees just walk around.
But not Ross in Bozeman. Very clean and well organized. Staff were helpful and worked diligently to check out customers.
