They guy who answered the phone was nice.
He promised me a call back from a salesman. 1:15 pm. As of 6pm, no call, and they are closed.
So, not great. At a minimum, the guy I spoke with before should have called and said, "How about Monday?"
The website... Everything says 'call for price'. That reeks of 1970's hardshell used car salesmen. Especially since I can customize and build and get email quote for Bobcat corporate.
Not impressed, went a different direction.

This place is amazing I didn’t have heat in my truck when I got over here to Montana I dropped off my load and called these guys they told me they were 2 weeks out but bring it by he can look real quick it was fixed in 10 minsThank you so much for fixing my heat it was a cold day to be without heat !!!!

I paid Kamp several visits over the last year, while trying to fix my old semi. More than once, I came up with odd and unusual requests, a mix of metric fittings, multi-piece assemblies, connecting puzzles, etc.They always went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. If they couldn’t, they would brainstorm solutions with me. They are very knowledgeable. Also, they are always in a good mood, which makes for a great retail experience overall.

I needed some oddball metric flanged bolts, and the lady working was able to find the exact size that I needed super quick! Thanks for the help again, saved me on short notice!

What made me choose my new Bobcat skid steer from Kamp Implement was that I actually felt like the team there will have my back for the long haul. They laid out their warranty procedures and genuinely took interest in setting me up right with all of my accessories to be a taylor fit for my specific needs. They also went above and beyond for me with a few minor requests and were not in a hurry to rush me out the door. I left feeling very comfortable with the descision I had made on such a large investment. Peace of mind is priceless for me.....

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM TRUST ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS!!! Well, wish I had seen these negative reviews (of which there is a LOT within the last year) before I purchased my 2011 John Deere 333D skid steer from these people.Everything was great with the buying process. We were assured of the machines’ history and maintenance and even were told they “went through everything” which the owner described as changing all fluids, lube and checking all mechanics are operational. LIE!Within 70 hours of having the machine, the final drive went out on it. Company was responding at first saying they would “make it right,” but after I took it to RDO in kalispell for the diagnostic and the $8500 repair bill, they stopped returning my calls and emails! I didn’t trust them so I had RDO go through the machine. The oil filter had a date of “3/20/20” on it, indicating it was changed on that date. Wrong! RDO tested the oil and the filter and said there was no way it was that dirty after 75 hours of use. They also checked all other fluids, including the failed final drive, and found these were all below average condition, stating they believed nothing had been changed on the machine whatsoever for a “really long time.”DO NOT BUY FROM THESE POEPLE!!!! TRUST THE REVIEWS YOU WILL BE SCREWED!!!! There’s a reason they have so many recent 1 star reviews!!!
