I received a delivery from CCFS this morning and was very pleased with the service. This was for an order from Costco online. Dewayne, the delivery driver, was super nice, friendly, and professional, and took the utmost care of unloading my delivery and placing it where I asked. And the palletized order came in perfect condition. Happy to give CCFS 5/5 stars, highly recommend & would do business with them again : )

I want to say upfront, James and Jason were both incredibly helpful.My freight arrived completely destroyed. I have pictures from the moment it was loaded into the CCFS truck in Idaho as well as the condition I received it in. 24” cast iron adjustment wheel: shattered. 3/4” threaded steel handle: bent beyond usability. The driver acknowledged that the shipment was damaged by the company, but my claim with the company was denied and they said it was my fault. If it’s important to you, ship it with someone else.

Had a one of a kind antique piece delivered today. It came TForce Freight and then to MTS and then to our home in Bozeman. It was delivered on a pallette to our driveway and the driver did not even knock on the door. I did a video around the piece and could see that the blanket it was wrapped in was torn at the bottom corner. Upon unwrapping, I saw that the leg was knocked back and damaged. I called MTS and they said that the driver photographed it and everything appeared ok. That was the end of their response. The woman answering the phone was kind but the supervisor should have responded and gotten on the phone. Not a good experience at all.

I would like to preface this with the fact that the people I was able to get a hold of were courteous and helpful. Ladies, you were great.Now onto the meat, I had to call them several times to get my delivery scheduled and when it finally was, they missed it, no call, no show, just didn't show up. After I called them again the next day they rescheduled for the next day. I made a point to call and confirm that day and thankfully they turned up. I didn't get my 30 minute call but at least they showed.So they lost a package. My order had two parts and I only received one, when I brought this up the driver insisted over and over that he's not responsible for this. Tell him I still have his knife since he ran off in such a hurry, it's a nice one. Oh and he didn't leave any notes about the fact my item was missing parts, I was told that it was marked as dropped off with no problems at all. And he left me a pallet which I'm pretty confident they aren't supposed to do. I did however inspect everything there with him even as he kept trying to leave, told him the item was missing, got his vehicle on camera and filmed the entire inspection because I know what CYA is. Still the fact he didn't note any issues after checking my delivery off as delivered is so frustrating.I genuinely feel bad for the people I called because when I talked to them about my order (I did my own legwork and contacted each shipping company that handled my package so I could bring them the useful information and get this settled) they had no idea who they were even working with, when I gave the names and emails they just didn't know what to say, no one left notes, no one gave them information. It was so disorganized.I have had to call them myself to get any reply, I only had one person actually call me back in my entire time working with them, otherwise it was silence for days unless I barked at people! Which I hate doing! I'm a nice lady who just wants her order. I know everyone is slammed!In the end, every shipping company says that they didn't lose the item, I have receipts to prove that it should have had two items and everyone check it off as they went. So it made it to this company and they just lost it.Thankfully I'm getting a full refund, I hope the appliance company I purchased the item from won't use these guys again because I worry they will take weeks to show up AGAIN and pick up the item. I'm not looking forward to the reverse process of this whole thing.Typical Montana company with no idea how to move into the modern age. It's not the 80's anymore guys, get with it.

Was given misinformation of the time my item would be dropped off and when calling back the gal I talked to, basically called me a liar. She said her staff never would have told me what they told me. Terrible customer service both times I called. Hoping my delivery shows up sometime today.

We needed a shipment asap and could not wait for the truck to bring it to us so we went to the hub and received superior customer service. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They were short handed but still managed to have great attitudes and smiles. We got our shipment in our needed time frame and we are very grateful for the folks at MTS. Thank you!

I'm a contractor in town and occasionally I have a load to run through MTS. Amanda was helpful and courteous. I had an awkward load of metal pipe and the dock found a way to get it on my trailer. I have had a good experience.
