“This USPS office is often understaffed leading to long wait times to ship packages. That said, I am leaving a 5-star review solely due to the fact that Kate works there. She always has a smile on her face, is never condescending about my lack of shipping know-how, and is consistently friendly, warm, and helpful. Kate, thank you for being you!”
“Only giving 4 stars because they're usually so swamped, I've waited in some decent lines if I cant get there before 1030/1100. The workers are always super helpful though, and if you're brave enough to work the self-checkout kiosk you can get through pretty quick!”

I would MUCH rather this quick and painless experience compared to the hour plus wait for just one very cranky worker at the Bozeman office with the line out the door”
