“My Passport experience was great here. Far better than Bozeman. The person was male and I don’t remember his name. This man was very efficient and also had the patience of a Saint with me. I’m a rookie at passports and I was clueless. For those of you complaining on here - did you take the time to submit the survey that is available with every transaction you make? If you get this terrible behavior the ones to tell are the USPS not google. Scan the code. Give a 1 star and when they ask what could be done better, then go for it. If you don’t do that no one will know who could do something. How about contacting the Post Master General. Rudeness is not good. Maybe some one needs to ask him what he needs? And who knows how many crazy hippies and wealth y people come through. Lots of people are very bitter about what has happened to Bozeman. It’s the new normal here-native vs transplant. Sad. Ask the guy if he needs some help. bring him cookies or coffee. Kill ‘em with kindness.”

“This USPS office is often understaffed leading to long wait times to ship packages. That said, I am leaving a 5-star review solely due to the fact that Kate works there. She always has a smile on her face, is never condescending about my lack of shipping know-how, and is consistently friendly, warm, and helpful. Kate, thank you for being you!”
