I had an extremely bad experience with this company. silver eagle representative took a payment by phone and overcharged the account. I attempted contacting them multiple times but they were unresponsive. I would never recommend this company and don’t believe they have integrity.

Helpful staff. Easy to set-up and pay. My only reason for not giving a solid 5 ⭐ is our unit was broken into and we found out they only had a camera at the front entry. But the gentleman who responded were very kind, provided a free replacement lock, and were helpful in reviewing next steps.

It was really hard to find a storage unit in Bozeman, but I’m glad Silver Eagle had availability - I have had an awesome experience with them thus far. Customer service has been great, value is good, facilities are very well maintained.

We got a fair price on a brand new unit. We were in the middle of an impromptu move, and we got a unit same day. I had some issues with my credit card, which caused me to get a late fee and they worked so well with me on it. I will be sure to rent units from them again in the future, should I find myself needing one. I've rented from other places, and I paid the same amount for a smaller, dirtier unit, that didn't seem secure at all (it was made out of plywood, and the door didn't even hang level). Sentry definitely sets the bar (at least in the Gallatin area) for how good a storage facility can be.

I've been a customer for years and haven't had any regrets. I like the location and everything, including gravel lots, is well maintained. One of the things they get asked a lot about is security since the gate is always opened. There's somebody who lives nearby who keeps an eye open. It's not bullet proof, but better than nothing. Their rates are also very competitive with the rest of the area. If you can slip in a unit or parking spot, you'd better take it!

Great location, nest to the airport for storing your extra things or vehicle! Low cost and very easy to sign up for a unit. Paying monthly bill was a snap with their auto-pay on Credit Card. Very easy to work with these folks, I would use them again! I had a unit for a vehicle, had the unit for one year and have no complaints!
