Big Arm Resort offers a mix of experiences. The property is nice and fairly new, with very nice cabins and fairly level paved RV sites. Amenities include a nice marina, an okay boat launch, a small casino, and a restaurant and bar with free showers. The staff is often described as nice and accommodating. However, several areas need improvement. The restaurant service is frequently criticized as horrendous and inattentive, with slow food times. The casino is very small with machines considered stingy or limited. The resort is still under construction, leading to weekday noise from heavy equipment. Other noted issues include difficult-to-access information, horrible WiFi, and amenities like bathrooms sometimes not opening on time. Positive highlights include the awesome boat rentals next door and the clean environment.

This place is awesome! We got the family cabin which easily sleeps 6 and is closet to the water. The boat slips and swimming area are very nice and close. If I have a complaint it's the bar staff. It takes forever to get a drink here. The food however is awesome and the patio has one of the best views on the lake.

Restaurant is decent not to bad food but service is horrendous. More than 3 tables forget getting food under 2 hours and they’re not very interested and making a difference.
