My fiancé and I were in a Snowmobile accident, we drove here to save the ambulance trip fee. From the front desk worker to the doctor to the nurses. 10/10 service and patient care. They treated us like family and cared for us even though we were in separate rooms they would keep us both updated so we didn't worry about the other as much as possible. All around loving staff and clean facilities. We had to be transferred to another hospital to be monitored overnight but I wish we could stay here because they were all so friendly.

Avoid this place if you have an emergency, sat around for 20 minutes at the reception area and didn't see a single soul excluding the janitor

Absolutely amazing! The staff is wonderful s this place is running seamlessly. I have a cute little pharmacy in West Yellowstone, but they don't always have everything you would need. Location is absolutely perfect right before Roxies and town center. Whether you're just passing through Big Sky or your local this is the Pharmacy to go to if you are looking for one..

We were vacationing in the area and my husband was in a great deal of pain. From the walk in the door to leaving we were treated with such compassion and our nurse Callie and Dr. Martinez were wonderful. They all took time explaining everything we needed to know. I highly recommend this facility!!

Don't go here for any type of care. The billing is a joke and the doctors will scam your insurance. Every visit I have ever had here has been coded as an "extended office visit" even for basic tests. My doctor will come in, click a few things on the computer to set up a lab test or most recently an xray (grand total of 2-5 mins in the room together) and instead of the regular PCP co-pay of $40 my insurance is being billed $213 per visit and I have to cover $121 of that. In this most recent case the doctor didn't even splint my finger, a PA did it. So even less time in the room together. It doesn't take more than 5 seconds to look at an xray (billed separately) and determine that my finger is broken so why am I being billed for an "extended office visit"?

The nurses were so great, the doctor not so much. After a scary ski accident I went to the ER at Big Sky medical center. Again, the nurses were very kind and did get me into a room right away. After waiting for 3 hours, finally Dr. Martinez came in and barely looked at my injury. He told me if I don’t feel better in a week to see a doctor. Meanwhile I could not walk or even move my leg. He did not give me a referral to an orthopedic surgeon and told me it will probably heal on its own.Due to his negligence, this is prolonging my entire recovery. I do need surgery due to several torn ligaments. I do understand that he may have had to tend to other emergencies and I did remain patient but he maybe spent a total of 2 minutes with me?? Very disappointed, I should have just gone to the urgent care clinic up by the mountain at Big Sky. Don’t waste your time here. To top it off pharmacy staff is so rude - besides Ryan he is very very kind. I will never go back here.

I don’t typically write a lot of reviews but this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in an ER. I was taken back immediately, the staff was so kind, friendly and caring. They were super attentive and had me in and out in an extremely reasonable amount of time. There’s no where else I would’ve rather have been treated while on my trip.

Its okay if you have great insurance other wise this is a clip joint, most of the good doctors that come here move on after a short time that should tell you all you need to know

The building is sliding down the hill. they melted the permafrost to make an addition to the structure. I wouldn't be anywhere near the place if I were you. 5 stars for a building that the doors don't close on. What a joke
