Absolutely amazing! The staff is wonderful s this place is running seamlessly. I have a cute little pharmacy in West Yellowstone, but they don't always have everything you would need. Location is absolutely perfect right before Roxies and town center. Whether you're just passing through Big Sky or your local this is the Pharmacy to go to if you are looking for one..

Rudest staff ever! I am out of my prescription and didn’t have my prescription number. So, I called the pharmacy today at 9:50 am? I told the lady what kind of medication, I am getting. The lady on the phone refused check my records and told me to check my chart and call them back. When I felt she wasn’t trying to help, of course I told her, I will just go to another pharmacy, then she hung up on me.

I have been to this hospital twice in two weeks. Both times the staff has been exceptional, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Best ED I've ever been to, Vanessa was a great help in making me feel better, and we enjoyed some laughs too. Dr. Martinez was quite skilled too! I got cared for very easily.

When you call pray that Nurse Jane picks up. I called for a COVID test and by the time I hung up, it seemed as though an old friend and I had engaged in a lovely conversation. Cheers Jane I hope you have a great day. On a more serious note, she was extremely helpful and had great advice on exposure/testing. Thanks Jane you rock

I came into the Big Sky Medical Center in July 2019 while my family was vacationing there for a week. Two of my kids had come down with an ear infection and pink eye. We came in on a Thursday night around 9pm. I immediately knew I was in a small town when we had to talk to the nursing staff via an intercom and wait for them to come to open the front door, just to escort us down several hallways to the Emergency Department. That being said, everyone there was super nice, accommodating, seemed to care and want to help. It did not seem to be busy at all, with only a handful of other patients that occupied nearby rooms. Everyone was very patient with my 3 young kids, who at the time were all 6 years and under. We got in and out of there in about 2 hours. The only reason I took away one star was because i had some problems with the billing department a few months later when they kept sending me bills. Apparently they forgot to bill both insurances and sent me the balance after only billing the first. It took multiple phone calls over the course of a month to resolve it, but with the help of a Kaiser representative who made a conference call to their billing department with me, it was fixed and I finally stopped getting bills. Obviously my experience here was limited but if I was in the area again, I would have no reservations about coming back if necessary.

I had to visit this ER twice in one week with what turned out to be Salmonellosis. The doctors office was booked, and there was no way I could make it to Bozeman, so the receptionist referred me to the ER. I can say both visits were absolutely horrific experiences. The doctors would not listen to me when I said I had food poisoning or something very wrong. In addition to my intestinal symptoms, I had excruciating joint pain, which was completely ignored. Amazing pharmacy! The staff are extremely nice and they contact you if there are any issues regarding your prescriptions. I am so glad that there is finally a dependable pharmacy less than an hour away from where I live!

Unfortunately I have spent way too much time in this hospital, but one thing is for certain it is the nicest hospital I have ever been to with some amazing doctors and nurses. One time my 4 year old had to get stitches and I had to bring my 1 year old with. The nurses helped care for my 1 year old while I kept my 4 year old calm and was there for him as he woke up from sedation. This facility is amazing and so thankful to have them in our community!
