“I just called the Big Sky post office. I gave my name and asked that packages be held until I return after 12/26. My call was answered! The employee confirmed she would hold packages for me, and has done so in the past. Do you know how amazing that is?? I have tried to contact other post offices over the years, and rarely does anyone answer. I wanted to write this positive review, especially after reading so many negative reviews. Oh my! Why can't people be thankful to have a post office in town? And appreciate that they DO HOLD YOUR MAIL! In Breckenridge, CO, anything delivered USPS was immediately returned to sender. No calling in... they WOULD NOT hold your items. Big Sky's post office employees are providing a service, and have a tiny staff. Holding mail for us is a lot to ask - and they do it! Wishing the little post office that could a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Thank you for your service to the community!”
