Wendy, the owner has been a lackluster business owner from the start of my time at the fit 24 gym in bigfork. Her communication skills have been non existent with her reply’s sometimes taking weeks at a time. My membership was recently canceled because from my understanding is that I was paying for a 2 person membership, which started out me and my gf, due to health concerns my girlfriend stopped coming along with me which I initially thought I could bring another person with me… of course not. I understand you have insurance policies, but warnings are nice! If you want a good gym experience, head on over to the Montana Athletic club where they do things right!

Very poor service will not get back to you and will continue to charge you when you are not using your membership after it has been put on hold I would not recommend doing business with this gym unless you want to waste money and get nothing for it

This gym is a great option for people not looking for a huge range of variety. Being 24 hours is a benefit to people on awkward schedules. The gym should and needs to be cleaned more often. They offer no contact pricing but personally I found the price was too high for how little of equipment they offer. The owner is hard to contact. Equipment is very outdated and showing wear.

Recently moved back into town and signing back up with Fit 24 was on the top of the list of things to do! Still a great little fitness center, however, the owners do make you jump through some hoops just to get singed up and get access (Tip: make an appointment, do not rely on the posted hours) but for me the location is well worth it. Makes life so much easier to be able to stop in on my to/from work and get a good workout in any time of the day/night.

Very convenient. Has all of the workout equipment needed for 90% of the public. If you're looking for a pool/spa atmosphere, this isn't the place, but for the price, it's perfect.

Is this an actual business? Impossible to get a hold of anyone, by phone or email, door is always locked, pointless effort, don't waste your time.

I ended my membership well over a year ago. To my surprise, I received my 3 month bank statement and Fit24 has been auto-withdrawing membership fees for the past 3 months. I have called three times and left messages with no response over a 4 day period. No one is ever in the office as well. Their voicemail states you will receive a call back within 24 hours. My issue is still not resolved and am very disappointed in a local business of Bigfork to operate in this manner. I would rate them a zero.

I recently emailed Fit24 for a new membership through their website. I had recently graduated high school looking for an affordable membership. After hitting submit, it took about 3-4 days later to respond. Excited, the email read “[They] will be making appointments for new members to come in and sign up this week on Wednesday and possibly Friday afternoon/evening if that [worked for me].†My response, “Wednesday evening worked best for me.†Waiting for an email response with a time.. they never responded. Disappointed, I left a voicemail, asking for a good time to meet Wednesday evening. No response. It seems fit24, puts up a business front, without the follow through.
