Their website and advertising elsewhere acknowledges both 6pm or 6:30pm closing time Monday-Friday. However, I showed up at 5:45 and they were closed. New closing time of 5:30 apparently. Need to update their hours for online search.

Kim was so nice and helpful! We’re out of town on our honeymoon and needed to ship our marriage license and return label for copies - I wish we got this kind of service where we’re from!

I drove 30 minutes to make it here by 6:30 because that is what is posted on the website. When I arrived 5 minutes before they were supposed to close, it's closed. There's a sign on the post in the parking lot that has their hours till 6:00. Then there's a sign on the door that says 8:00 to 5:30. People really rely on the websites to be accurate on businesses. This seems to be more common then it should be that things are wrong on business websites!

These people are the best! They are so fast and friendly! I make sure to go to the UPS store in Bigfork, every other UPS I've gone to, I've not been greeted with the excellent service that customers receive here. This place rocks!
