I always have the best experience at the Bigfork Post Office! The clerks are nice, knowledgeable, and quick to offer suggestions on the best way to ship. Makes a somewhat mundane chore a pleasure!

The folks who work at the counter at the Post Office are super nice. Many people have written crude comments about rudeness of the woman (bald lady) at the counter. I found her to be extremely thorough and she takes her job seriously, which I can completely understand. Yet all the staff relies on her for all complex shipments, even the Postmaster. Ashton is great too. He learned so much from her. Kindness is a two-way street folks. Be nice. This is the Montana way.

Good luck getting anyone to be nice to you here. They excel at being rude and arrogant. What ever happened to the nice ladies that were there? Every time I've had an issue or a simple question, I'm treated like I'm a bother and they don't want to help you. Zero customer service or empathy

I was genuinely taken aback by the rudeness, condescension, and unhelpfulness of the bald lady at the post office. I don’t think I’ve had worst customer service when asking some simple questions. Does anyone know when she does or doesn’t work? Cause I still left needing help from the post office…..

Again…went into the USPS in Bigfork and had to endure the bald woman’s rudeness! Why? She talks down to people and is so angry all the time…I’ve been putting up with this woman for years! I try to avoid the Bigfork USPS because of her. I’m officially done after today. I will make sure I go to the UPS Store Bigfork, where they like people. So curious as to why she being allowed to continually treat people like this?? Is anyone reading the reviews??? So disappointing!

I love the Bigfork post office. It's easy to get too. It's right by Flathead lake. What more could you want than to work by the lake & have a quaint village post office so convenient!

I laugh at how brutal people can be with the local post office.
I have traveled the whole U.S., and USPS is the best postal service we have and affordable too. This location is unique - they are so friendly and engaging!

Everytime I go in and see the bald lady my stomach hurts she is so rude she must hate her job and it shows I will go to ups even it costs double from now on they are nice there

So I had ordered something really high end. These people thought It would be a good idea to send my package out from Bigfork to Denver Colorado for no real reason. I’m done with usps in Montana I’m making sure I get all my stuff through ups from now on. Ps I waited almost a whole month just to find out it wasn’t gonna be here 2 days before I got what I ordered.

We were in the area for a few months and the delivery person insisted on leaving packages in the locker and not to the front door even if there’s a leave by front door message. They even sent packages back knowing where we were. Fed ex and ups do not have a package delivery issue. I avoid any company that uses usps, a perfect example of a gov ran entity.
