Each of the five courses was not only masterfully executed by Chef Rob Clagett but also perfectly paired with wines that elevated every bite. The attention to detail, depth of flavor, and artistic presentation were simply stunning. From the luxurious foie and charred endive starter to the scallop pastry and rich venison tenderloin, each dish told its own story.
