Could not be happier. Chris and Jerry provided top notch customer service and the technician’s repair was flawless. I drive for a living and my timing chain failed 600 miles from home. It wasn’t a cheap repair by any means but it was done on time and it came in a few hundred less than I was quoted. I am so happy I chose this shop for repairs because they fixed it right and got me back to work as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. Thank you guys. I will bring the shop donuts next time I’m passing through.

In certain fields, mechanics being one of them, I usually don’t review until I’ve dealt with them a few times. Today was my second time using 1Stop Automotive and both times I couldn’t have been happier. The communication, prices, experience of their mechanics, documentation, everything has been right on point. My issues were completely resolved (one was even electrical) and they follow up to make sure is operating as it should. This is how a mechanic shop should be. Thank you guys for being one of the good ones!

This is an updated review. After talking with 1 stop. The owner from what it seemed from our phone call he really cares about his customers and their safety after they leave their shop. Had a pleasant conversation with everything. went over all the details. And honestly but was a big stress relief especially with everything else going on. Thanks Erik

As always, transparent, prompt and affordable service. This is the only place in town I’ll take our vehicles. Friendly staff who are always easy to work with and take care of your vehicle. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Also - give Chris a raise (no, he didn’t solicit that).

I found this shop online from the reviews. I hadn't had my car in the shop ever. I was given an estimate and knew the work needed done. I scheduled the work, and am pleased how quickly it was done. I was called twice so I knew what was done. I'll keep my car needs being done here!! Thank you for the good work.

Very impressed with Jerry and his shop! On a cross country trip when something started making noise in the steering. He got me in the next day and diagnosed the problem quickly. It only took a tightening of the track bar and noise was gone. I was on the road again in an hour. Thank you for the awesome service!
