I'm not sure how these people even afforded to demolish and rebuild 3 of their store in Billings a few years ago. They are the worst run business in this entire state. There is a reason their parking lot is always empty. For years I have been driving a few miles away to go to a Holiday instead. And I'm reminded today why I do that. It's the middle of winter..and walked in with my hood up. And the dude screaming at me as soon as I walked in to take my hood down or get out. I'm not trying to rob you of the whole $10 you have made today. Rudest people around

Worst customer service by the owners son?? Angry gas station employees bc owners son carry’s a mighty chip on his shoulder??? Do you ever love getting belittled and berated by questions by 5”11 280lb youth wrestling coach???? Maybe you’d love this 3GS. This is a message to the irrational unreasonable immature waste of opportunity and fortune sheep who fallows the smell of his own breath to get to where he needs to be. I hope you grow and change into a better man for your kids sake.

I've been stopping at 3-gs for a long time...they are a great team of folks and i return time after time because I know they are organized., Stores are emaculate, very clean and they are very good at what they provide..Convenience!

I live next to this gas station and it has literally the worst customer service I have ever seen. The middle aged man with glass is beyond rude. Didnt card a clearly intoxicated gentleman in front of me for buying a 40 ounces of booze. Then cards me for buying rolling papers, I show him my card that is in my wallet. He says he needs me to take it out. I asked why, he said thats what he is trained to do. To take the card and inspect its legitimacy. I am almost 30 with a full beard. Needless to say I told him how I felt and didn't buy a thing and left. Won't be back.. The guy gets off and being rude.

On our way through Billings on a road trip, we stopped for gas at 3G’s and the man at the counter was incredibly abrupt and rude. We left and went to Holiday instead.

The manager of the 27th St branch is a truly hateful man. When I stopped there to put air in my tire he decided to park his truck behind me and wouldn't leave. He said since he couldn't work around me I could sit there all day. I told him I couldn't exactly leave now that he was parked behind me and he proceeded to scream obscenities at me for several minutes.
