Bought a transmission here for a 2013 chevy impala and they said it was functioning transmission. After installing it in my car the reverse was out. Not happy at all and will never buy from this place again. Nothing like blowing $650.

The guy that answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional. Giving two stars because I did interact with someone else there one day who was pleasant and helpful, got me what I needed and didn't charge me $20 to go get it.

The old obese white haired balding gentleman that holds the desk up is a real piece of work. You can buy parts online at Walmart for what he is charging people. This place is really a rip off the the amount of money they charge people. Get it shipped to your house for less. That’s taking advantage of people. And I’m not here for it.
