Literally had my best car rental experience at AA & A Auto Rental. I called up Dave about a week in advance and told him we had 11 people with ski gear and he hooked us up with a full size truck and SUV which worked perfectly not to mention it was the cheapest rates of any rental place near the airport (I did check). Picking up and dropping off the vehicles was incredibly fast and easy and the vehicles were in very good condition. Definitely will go back next time I rent in Billings.

Unbelievable customer service!!! Bob picked us up at the airport. Upgraded our vehicle in a super simple process. They had tons of other vehicles as well that were available. The car was clean and ready to go. Dave dropped us off at the airport ahead of schedule and with the utmost courtesy. It was like being chauffeured around. From now on, anytime I fly into Billings, I will be calling this company. The best rental car experience I have ever had!
