Fantastic experience! These guys are amazing. They were incredibly easy to work with and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Their terms were clear and transparent, so I never had to second-guess anything. I had seamless access to my items, and most importantly, I always felt secure and well taken care of. I once had an experience where I got locked into a storage facility at night. I couldn't get through to anyone, and eventually had to call the police to get out. It made me nervous to get another storage unit, but u-Locked has been great. I feel safe, and my things are safe, and the customer service has been great. 5 starts!

I can't believe how lucky I was to have Shelly assist me at Ulocked Storage. Talk about fast, accurate, and oh-so-fun! She had everything ready to go in no time, and she stayed late just to make sure I could get my rental all sorted out immediately. Not only did she save me time, but she did it with a smile that could light up any room. If you're looking for top-notch service with a side of charm, Shelly’s the one you want! She's truly a superstar!

Ive been renting here for over 2 years now. The area is safe, having management on sight to keep an eye on things is a nother level of security! Shelly, who operates the storage units( hope that's how it's spelled) has been amazing with me! Very professional, understanding, and kind. I have and will recommend others!

1st… the facility is really nice, very clean and safe.
BUT 2nd…. The staff are amazing! I’m moving across multiple state lines and they have helped me multiple times. I ran out of space unloading my uhaul and Shelly got me an additional unit ASAP. Then I had a truck I needed to park and Brian made it work on short notice.
I highly recommend this place, I am very pleased.

Called and reserved a unit and was told I’d get a call back in 30 minutes. It’s now been an hour and I tried calling twice, but no answer definitely an unprofessional establishment do not recommend

The folks here were more than accommodating and i appreciate your help. I definitely recommend this storage location to everyone. Very clean, accessible and secure. Friendly and helpful staff.
