I'm so glad that I found out about this place. Although I'm not a member of the AAA Club I can still walk in there at any time and renew a driver's license or get a new photo ID passport at fraction of the cost. They're awesome people inside easy to work with good hospitality and customer service is excellent. I've never been happier when it comes to DMV renewals and such. Don't just take my word for it try them out sometime guarantee you'll like them too.

Went in for an international driving permit. I’ve done this several times before. It has always taken 20 minutes, and you walk away with the permit. Now, there is a mandatory two day waiting period for non-members. So, I either had to buy a membership I can’t use (I’ll be traveling internationally!), or wait two days. I do not appreciate being forced to pay for something I don’t want or need.

Went here to get our international drivers permit. The staff who helped us was nice. We needed the IDP that day and they said the only way for that is to become AAA members, otherwise we would have to wait 48 hours hours. The IDP was already made and finished right then, and they wanted to squeeze a membership fee out of us if we wanted to take it with us that day. It felt like they were exploiting their customers in a tight situation, and I have little respect for businesses who conduct themselves this way.

Because the MVD could not get me before my license renewal date, I went in to get a new driver's license. What a great experience! I sat in a chair for my eye exam (no straining on tiptoes to reach the machine at MVD), I sat in a chair to have my picture taken (no standing while my smile drooped as MVD adjusted and adjusted camera). They accepted my credit card with no extra fees charged. And all this happened within a time frame I chose. Amazing! I doubt I ever go to the MVD again.Erika Resser
