Many customers today were waiting 2-3 hours today for a car as they were out. Everyone had reservations booked weeks in advance. For the last 2 hours the manager said a car will be here in 20 minutes. Everyone here has vowed to never use National/Alamo again unless something is done. Beyond unprofessional to knowingly promise people a fake time.

I booked at this location in November 2023. The team members at the desk were very nice. After leaving Billings, we had an issue with the vehicle on day 2 of our 24 day trip. The vehicle had a smell that we just couldn't get past. I spoke with Stacey (back in Billings) over the phone, and she was very understanding and arranged for us to swap the vehicle in Bozeman. I was impressed with her customer service and not making me feel like I was a problem. You know what I mean, if you've experienced it.We extended our trip 2 times and I was able to add the necessary days over the phone with the folks back in Billings, without issue.I've rented vehicles from all the major players, in several cities & the folks I dealt with at this location, were the best.

They are RACIST and add extra taxes for no reason! I had to pay 120 dollars more for a second driver but we won't a second driver !!!!!Problems to rent a car payed on line, if you don't have got an American Master card, the staff not friendly at the airport refuse to give you the car, unbelievable ( the car is payed but you can not pick it up? ) why?!Alamo is racist!!!!

While picking up my rental the staff was extremely helpful in getting me the perfect vehicle for my trip to visit my girlfriend who just had emergency surgery. I was helped by Stacy, so if you need five star service ask for her!

Can Not get a hold of anyone using 4 different phones. No one answers and no voice mail. Paid 400.00 for 2 extra day due to flight cancel. And 2 delays now. Please answer your phones.

We felt so lucky to get a brand new Toyota RAV4 despite the rental car shortage! None of the other companies had cars. It was a perfect car for our trip, and they didn’t gouge us on the pricing. Pick up and drop off we’re super easy. No lines at all. The staff in both Billings and Kalispell were friendly and helpful.

Horrible and their false advertising and non usable free upgrades cost me my trip. I reserved a mid size SUV. Even says so on my reservation. They gave me a Nissan 4 cyl Kicks. Has all the bells and whistle for lazy drivers except what is truly needed in Montana such as AWD/4WD. Because of the clown car they gave me, I could not complete my trip out here with this silly pathetic car and will now have to come back out again using another rental agency. I got a sub compact for the price and reservation of a mid-size SUV. Alamo owes me money for the car and for my airfare plus hotel. Since they have yet to respond to my request I think I'll call my credit card company to file a charge back. I was told they were out of upgrades but a guy who was behind me at the counter picked up that nice mid size SUV parked next to the clown car with no issues. Guy at the counter said your car is new. So what if it's worthless!!!

Beyond pleased: Alamo has a new customer for life.After many complications from a full day of stressful traveling, I was greeted with FANTASTIC service from an associate by the name Matt. Although it was late in the evening, he had a energetic and positive attitude. Matt treated me more than just being a "customer." He showed interest in my travels, took the time to make a couple suggestions for my stay, and gave a truly warm welcome to Billings, MT.I used a promotion code when making my online reservation with a one step upgrade from a midsize vehicle, but as the last customer of the day, he asked if I would enjoy driving the most sleek, trendy car he had on the lot. My eyes lit up, he made my day.After working in the travel/hospitality industry, I understand that issues can arise especially with online reservations, outside of a providers control, but I am thankful for receiving your seamless service without a single mishap.Big thanks!
