If I could give zero stars I would, I wasn't going to leave a review or complain until today because this is the third time I have had such a awful, unprofessional and just unexceptable experience with who I believe is a manager "Derre". The first bad experience I had with her she touched my 1 week old son on the face, as someone who worked in retail and was a manager for years, I believe to walk up and start touching a customers child is super inappropriate, two other times that I have gone to that albertsons she has touched him he is now 1 yr, and both times I was not fast enough to stop her but told her to please not touch my son which resulted in her being behind me will I scanned my things making faces at my son and acting like she wasn't doing anything when I turned to look ! I no longer go through self check out due to this and have or had major anxiety anytime I knew I was going to have to go to the store, we use the pharmacy there and it's the closest one to our house so it's the most convenient.Today's interaction was so bad that I have decided going all the way to the albertsons on 24th or going in a big store like winco is even better than having to deal with this employee or even worry about it! Very disappointed disgusted and sad with this albertsons.

The Grand Ave Store management is appalling. I used to love DUG ..the Drive Up and Go. One gentleman who worked in that department was exceptional! Unfortunately management replaced him with a rude transplant from California. Albertsons lost the best customer service employee I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Education.... integrity...I guess they are not appreciated by ignorant management.

I shop at Albertsons on Grand Ave. Weekly employees are typically nice. Today I was appalled to see the manager on duty (woman short hair) reprimanded a young guy who was ringing me up, in front of the store. Very unprofessionalManagement 101 you do not demean employees especially in front of people. Hopefully upper mgmt will address this with her.

Great Customer Service from Floral manager, Jeve. She designed my custom arrangement a few days ago and it was perfect. She is a master at creating wonderful floral arrangements. Viva La Jevelyn

August 8, 2021, Store #38 on 1212 Grand Ave, Billings, MTAfter the checker did a sloppy job and rang up the prices wrong, with no one behind me in line, she tells me I must go to customer service to get it corrected. So I go wait in line at customer service on a Sunday morning.I explain to the customer service employee that the checker rushed things through and got it wrong on several items which were marked down.The customer service employee tells me, "Maybe you would be happier shopping at Winco."Ok Albertsons, when you have two disgruntled employees staffing your store and treat customers in an openly hostile, rude and unprofessional manner, I will do just that. Take my business elsewhere and inform Winco Corporate that Alberstons is actively recommending their customers make the switch to their store.
