They raised their prices from $65 to $90 and they totally let their units rot. The snow is drifted up right next the the doors. Icicles haging over the entrace. The snow is off all the roads, but i can barely access my unit. Its absolutely unbelievable. Total trash. I just moved to this place from another place a mile away and i paid $65 for a gaited facility thats was immaculately maintained. I seriously cannot wait to get away from this place. I pay $90 for complete s**t

I do not have a shed there that I rent but they own the trailer court horrible no water to water your yard do not shovel in the winter do not take care of the roads it has went downhill since they have owned it what I meant by shoveling was they do not take care of the roads in the winter time getting the snow off the roads in the trailer court
