“We are in Wyoming and were looking for a specific Jøtul gas stove and they had one in stock. Took our down and held it for MONTHS while our contractor got further and further behind on our build. Then, when we picked it up, we found out that our contractor had misread the specs and put the vent 5inches too high. No worries, these guys sent us a stove pipe extension for free! Terrific customer service. Don't hesitate!”
“The store is clean and well kept, and most of the employees are helpful. I was initially told they didn’t have what I was looking for, but when I spoke with a manager, they were able to show me the available options. Some staff could benefit from using “I’m not sure, let me check” instead of giving a quick no, and taking a moment to look things up to better assist customers. Aside from that, it was a good visit overall.”
“Andrea in the paint department was absolutely wonderful to work with. We went in the day prior and asked another girl to help us find these paint samples we saw online and the girl did not want to help us, told us she couldn’t look up where the sample cards were as we looked for about 45 min trying to find two colors. She then told us she could mix them and so we had her do that. Long story short they were not the right colors and we bought 3 gallons. We came back today and spoke to Andrea to let her know what happened and not only did she refund us the full amount, she went out of her way to help us find new samples, comped us all of those, also gave us some sheets to put on wall to test paint first and then you can peel them off, and some paint pens too. She was so so helpful and apologetic that we didn’t get that type of service the day before. Thank you so much Andrea, because of you we will definitely be coming back to Home Depot.”

“We worked with Ryan in 2023 when we remodeled our kitchen. He was great to work with during the proposal process. After we paid our deposit the customer service dwindled.
We had an issue/concern and couldn’t get a response from Ryan. I went into the store and Teresa helped me. She did a great job helping us get to the bottom of our issue. She felt like my attorney while contacting manufactures. She also followed up to make sure the manufactures followed through on the service calls. 5 star service Teresa!”

Always worked with me with any late payments and always empathic to my situation ( it’s been a lot of medical things happen the past two years) always let my boyfriend pay or discuss the account and never pushed to repo they would rather you keep the item then take it back like rent a center! Both gen managers were delightful and love Brice now he is amazing and more then happy to help you get on track then to take back the item great place great people and wonderful understanding! Definitely 10 out of 10 strongly recommend them for any big purchase!!!!!!”
