I took my new to me VW convertible beetle to Frankie’s on the recommendation of a friend. It had some grit on the paint and needed some definite TLC. Frankie spent time talking to me about what it needed, how they fixed it and how amazing it would look. When I went to pick up my car, everything was perfect!! It was shiny and smooth and both interior and exterior looked new again. He also spent time talking to me about how to protect and extend the looks of the convertible top. I took both my Lexus to these people and I've never seen my both my cars shine so much!! I will always bring my cars to these gentalman..and that guy that left the bad comment..you need to give these guys a chance..150 is a slick deal..you try to detail a car in this 100 degree weather..and I even tip these guys everytime.. maybe you should try that...but as for me...they have my biz alwaysAnd I just recently took my Honda there..the interior was hammered!!! And they transformed the Honda into a masterpiece..I wouldn't recommend anybody else..and if u call and they are booked..I would highly recommend that u waitServices: Steam cleaning

Boy. I could not be more pleased. The crew here did a wonderful job from start to finish. My car had not been detailed since I drove it off the lot 7 years ago and it was a mess. I have two dogs and we have gone on multiple trips, hikes, swims in the river, walking through snow, mud and dirt, and drooling. Lots of drooling. Plus, I'm a smoker and not the most fastidious.I was impressed from the moment I met Greg for an estimate, till I picked it up with the techs there. Everyone exuded professionalism, courtesy and respect. The car looks and SMELLS like a million bucks. Like I drove it off the storeroom floor.They also found some money clips that had fallen under the seat, and returned them without a word. Just in a bag of things they found. They could have easily kept them and I wouldn't have been the wiser. So that speaks to their honesty.Their facility is modest, and honestly looks like it might be in a Tarantino movie but I can't imagine any of the big, new, shiny detailers popping up around town could do any better.I've written an essay here I didn't plan on. But will be a returning customer and would not hesitate to recommend Auto Detail Specialists!

Great service from start to finish. Was in Billings because my Mother passed suddenly. Frankie and his team listened to what needs were about cleaning up her car, and provided transportation as needed. Showed tremendous amount of sympathy and empathy, and the car sparkled.
