I had an excellent experience with this repair shop. They are professional, experienced, good communicators, organized, and efficient. Most importantly, they provide quality automotive repairs at a fair and competitive price. They replaced the clutch on my 2007 Honda Accord, and now it drives like brand new. I’m very satisfied with the repair, the cost, and I highly recommend Auto Works 360.

I hit my head on the rear view mirror crawling in the backseat to feed my 4 month old; hard enough to knock something loose internally. I was worried what it would cost to fix. Called Tim this morning and he said bring it in anytime, he’d look at it. I was in and out in 20 minutes and he didn’t charge me a dime! Thank you, Tim! We’ll be back 🙌🏻

I took my VW Beetle to these guys to have the water pump replaced and replace the radiator and some other stuff. When I picked it up I thought all was good to find out that they forgot to install the radiator. I find out several days later it wasn’t done. When I call to ask about it they said it wasn’t done it was just a mistake. But it wasn’t a mistake to charge me for it. I felt that JR’s (one of the owners of good reputation would never do such a thing). So I had to take it back down there to put the radiator in. So I have to ask myself why am I having to do this when it should have been done in the first place. SO BUYER BEWARE!

We've used Auto Works 360 for a number of years now. Elden and the crew are exceptional. They have provided solutions to all our problems. They've even helped us find a new car. Took the wifes BMW in for diagnostic. Upon dropping it off they said they wouldn't charge to look at it.
8 days later no phone call had to call them and ask for a quote/ repair info.
We declined the service.
Upon picking up the car and being charged for the diagnostic, The vehicle now dies under acceleration. The only reason it went in there was to diagnose an oil leak.

Eldon is a great find for reliable analysis and repair! This shop has done more to help me understand and troubleshoot my Subaru than any dealer in town. They care about helping, not just getting me in and out. Will be back, and recommend.

Always take my car here to get oil changes. On the high end price wise, but always trusted them. Took it in to get an oil change and all new brakes done. Mine were beginning to grind and squeak. Told me it was done a few days later, drove it for a few days and noticed that the squeaking was even worse. Went back, left it with them for a day, told me that one of the rotors was defective. And that they fixed it. Clearly they didn't drive it or look at all the brakes. Because the same exact issue was occurring. As soon as I drove away my brakes were grinding. Took it back again. Told me that a set of rear brake pads was at 0%. Confusing because I already paid them to do my brakes. Went back to pick it up, charged me another $400, saying that they only replaced parts for the front of the car, when the worst was in the rear anyways and I asked them to replace all the brakes. Trusted these guys for years. Never going back.

Happy to have found this qualified Land Rover repair shop in Billings close to northern Wyoming. Friendly, knowledgeable service at fair prices. They only repair what is really needed or wanted. They offered me a loaner car for a repair that took several hours. Can highly recommend Auto Works 360 for domestic and foreign car repairs. Thank you.
