I chose this company by the reviews. That is my reason for writing this. First, they are expensive. You pay hourly and they are SLOW...taking one tiny piece at a time instead of loading on a dolly or cart. Second, there is so much damage in my home. Several walls are gouged and scraped. They should have repaired that or took better care not to do it in the first place. They took breaks, which I paid for. I ended up paying $2000 for a move from storage to a home here in Billings. The guys that moved me were nice young men who did work hard. That is why I bumped up my rating to a 3 because they were good guys. But I do not fully recommend this company.

I would like to thank Justin Philip and his team for helping us as a new customer out in a time of need (last minute!!!). The situation - A 45' container on a step deck, floor loaded product, transloading last minute onto two trailers with overtime into the evening. The teams response and service was exceptional and ensured we could continue to service our client.Thank you Justin to you and your entire team!!

I cannot express how impressed I am with Baker Transfer & Storage. We sent an email the evening before we were planning to arrive in Billings and had a response within a couple hours. Justin is very professional and helpful. Their prices are good for both moving our stuff from a moving truck and for storage space. Issac and Tyler were the two gentlemen actually moving our items from the truck and were AMAZING! They were very careful and polite. I have never seen such fast workers. We would have tipped them if we'd had cash on us. Professionalism is definitely top notch for all their staff as we interacted with several throughout the 1 hour items were being moved from our moving truck. We are going to have them move our items into our next place in about a week, but we are excited to be continuing to work with them and will definitely be giving them our business again in the future.

Moved us 60 miles 8/27/20. Very efficient and careful. Hope I don't have to move again for a long time but if I do I'll call these guys.

Baker Transfer & Storage did a WONDERFUL job. I am beyond impressed. I have a lot of fragile pieces in my place so I was extremely worried about hiring a moving company, but it was a big job and I knew I needed it. They packed everything for us! They completely exceeded my expectations and were very polite and professional. Even though my mom, my aunt and I range vastly in age they dealt with each of us with ease. I find it hard to come across young men nowadays who know how to treat women of all ages with kindness, patience, and respect. They also were amazing listeners, and weren’t afraid to ask questions if they were unsure of how we wanted things done. They helped ease the tension that comes with moving with kindness and a bit of humor. I 100% would recommend every one of these men to anyone who is ready for their big move!
