“I was in your store today (12/1/2025). Thought I needed darker paint to cover a scratch on my truck. A young man, with dark hair and glasses (didn’t get his name) came out to my truck (without being asked). He took the paint I had and covered part of the scratch and showed me how to work it. I came home and, with his technique, was able to cover the entire scratch and can’t even see it now. I had just gotten an estimate for $2,500 from a body shop. Your guy is my HERO! I can’t thank him enough!!”
“Purchased a reconditioned battery on 3/4/23. Talked with Richard at A1 Accredited Battery on the phone and he explained how he reconditions the batteries and they are $69. I was towed to this business as my battery was dead. Richard is a real nice guy. He seems very honest to me. Also he’s worked there 25 years. He put the battery in and it started right up. So far so good. He said most people get about 3 years out of these batteries. There is a warranty. If I get 3 years out of this battery then I won’t be buying brand new batteries anymore.”

“We stopped in to get 2 quarts of oil after an oil change you're always still low a little bit.
My husband took the oil cap off to add oil to the engine and dropped the lid down into the engine with a couple of flashlights neither one of us could see anything getting under the car and looking all around neither one of us could see anything so we went back in and Fernando was more than happy to come out and help he laid on the ground for a good 10 minutes in the freezing cold on the ground trying to get this cap out that he located it was just square peg round hole kind of thing it was just a hair that you could not get it out with just your hand.
At one point he had to excuse himself to go back in to help another customer that needed him. He came out with the tools in hand I climbed under the car and very quickly pulled the part out YAY off we went on our next adventure. Meeting someone that is so young and so polite and has such great worth ethic is a gem these days.
Fernando we'll be seeing you again buddy we are lifetime customers now.
