Everyone at the Downtown Branch is so helpful and always ready to answer your questions. Best Credit Union I have ever belonged to.

Billings Federal Credit Union is a business that really takes care of you, your hard working earned money isn't on their minds, but you as a person. Jana is my banker and she has been more than exceptional and she would do everything that she can do to get what you need. Be prepared to be charged twice for a card purchase. An instant charge at the cash register then a pending charge from your bank a day or two later ! The bank says it's Scheels fault and Scheels says it's the bank's? Most charges aren't charged twice. If I buy fuel for $100.00 on the weekend it shows as pending and not instantly deducted at the pump. Scheels gets an (instant) deduction on top of the bank's pending transaction.

Liz H. Was very professional and upfront about all of the details regarding the loan I set up. She answered every question that I had and got me approved very fast. She also did the leg work for getting the checks sent to where I needed them. Great work!!!

Loved working with Sami! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. The entire process was quick and efficient. My daughter was so happy to qualify for the First Time Car Buyer Program. We are repeat customers and will continue to go to Sami for all our financial and banking needs.

I’d recommend banking here to anyone. Sammy is who I normally see and she takes good care of my needs. They also have 5$ movie tickets available to order for shiloh14:) along with some other really good perks.

Jana was my Financial Service Representative when I needed to get a loan for a new roof. Jana talked to me about the home equity loan and worked on getting me the best plan and interest rate. At times it was tough and I was about to say forget it. Jana was able to calm me down and get all my loose ends taken care of. Jana is a smart, dedicated person and she made me feel comfortable with my decision.

Probably one of thee best experiences in customer service. I always heard great things and finally got to be apart of it first hand. They made me feel right at home and an intimidating process a walk in the park. Jana, was super amazing! It felt like gabbing with a friend. Highly recommend using their service.

Jana was so personable and great to work with. By the end of the interaction you really feel like she is a friend. She helped us with a complicated loan process and came up with the solutions to make it easy for all parties involved and communicated on our behalf with the sellers and other bank. I would def work with them again. This is not my first time with BFCU, I keep returning for a reason. Besides the rates are the best in town.

I highly recommend working with Nicole and Jana! Their determination and work ethic was outstanding. Nicole helped me get my finances in order and Jana went above and beyond with the loan processing. BFCU downtown is lucky to have such dedicated workers!

Samantha was very helpful. Previously I was with first interstate bank for 26 years. Not once did they call or try and offer me programs or options to improve my credit. For once in my life, BFCU is giving me an opportunity to live financial responsible for a better future. Samantha has been very helpful and offered great customer service. I don’t feel like a number with BFCU, I feel like a family member.
