Customer service is always great. The boot tree is the best purchase ive made to keep my boot odor down. Next purchase I will look for boots with outsoles that don’t wear down so fast.

Not many sizes in Men’s clothing unless you are xxl or xxxl and been that way for years now….. maybe a supply issue? Store is clean and workers are friendly. :)

Kind of a bad look to say "God bless you sir" to a man after he assaults his child in the store (and yes, its assault. If youd call it assault if someone did it to you, then its no different in the parent-child context). Children are full people, worthy of respect. They don't deserve to have violence perpetrated against them just because an adult is in a position of power over them, and said adult doesn't know how to regulate their own anger. I dont care what any boomer says. Was really disappointed to hear this from one of your employees. I understand some customers may think this behavior is okay, but maybe tell your employees to stay out of it if they are just going to be cheerleaders for abuse.

Great place to shop at. Employees are young but seem to know there way around the store pretty well. Excellent selection on western wear. Great cowboy boots as well as great work boots.
