The staff provides the best customer service hands down. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable, giving recommendations and information about sets, pieces, and minifigs. They take great time and care to help guests find even hard-to-describe pieces. The store also hosts birthday parties, which are an amazing experience, better priced than other options, and a blast for kids. Visitors from out of town often make it a regular stop or visit multiple times during a trip, wishing for a similar store in their own hometown.

What a great place, and a must check out if you are a lover of LEGO! They have options to grab peices by the bucket or bag or build mini figures. We went in with a simple need and spent over an hour and walked out with so many amazing Lego treasures.

I love it every time I go to Billings but Star Wars is mostly gone or has little stock

I love this place, I come here like every other week, they have very helpful employees who will give you recommendations and information about sets, pieces, minifigs, etc. also love a lot of the decorations in here, being mainly centered around Lego (obviously) and most signs inside being actually built out of Lego.
