Won't refund our deposit. Told us three times the would credit it back to the card, never did. Then told us they couldn't do that but would send a check, never received. Sounds like they steal money pretty regularly.

They accidentally charged our account after we were done there. The account is one I use periodically and don't keep funds in unless paying for certain things. I was charged an o er draft fee and they did not want to pay.

Nice facility, your stuff isnt safe anywhere in Billings, MT, but Broadwater storage does a good job of making your items feel secure. Nice keypad code entry with 10ft chain link barbed wire fence surrounding the inner storage units. Nicely priced compared to others in town. Nice discreet location. Good for people living on the west end or the east end of town. Good hours of access.
