Great facilities, awesome staff. They take care of your pets just as you'd take care of them. Only better!

This place is incredible. I came here originally to establish care for my furry best friend and get a rabies vaccine. The entire staff was incredibly kind, and the doctor didn't try to sell me on a bunch of additional treatments. I left paying an incredibly small amount for a rabies vaccine and a full exam. Fast forward a year and a my doggie had a dental emergency. I knew I didn't want to go anywhere else, so I waited for the morning and they got me in same day. I saw a different doctor who was equally amazing. We knew we needed to get his tooth out asap (very infected and swollen) so he was able to rearrange the schedule and get him in first thing the next morning. We ended up doing a full cleaning while he was out, and I told him to do x rays and other services to his discretion. He ended up not needing to, and was able to keep my bill to a minimum. I was SHOCKED that with all the services we received I was able to keep the bill under $1,000. (Eval, difficult extraction, anesthesia, cleaning, rabies booster, additional meds during procedure, etc.) It's a great feeling to know that your pet is in the hands of someone who is truly just trying to do what is best for them and not to inflate the bill. They dealt with my anxiety with ease and even my dog didn't seem to be on edge. 100% recommend taking your pet to this place.

All the veterinarians at Big Sky Pet Center are very good, caring and professional. We have been going there for about 15 years.

Highly recommend Big Sky Pet Center. I have very high expectations when it comes to my kiddos vet care and they were fabulous with all three of our dogs. Dr Whiteley communicated all treatments & recommendations clearly over the phone (curbside due to covid) the techs and all staff members we spoke to were fantastic! We are so grateful we found them! It is worth the 45 minute drive from Bridger. Highly recommend this place to others!

They are very nice and caring. Dr Rob explains things very clearly. I recently lost my fur baby and they were very caring through the whole process and loved on my baby until I was able to get back to say goodbye. I didn't make it back in time but I know he was taken care of until he went across the rainbow bridge. Great staff.

My stars are coming down mainly because of the prices you get gouged with here. I still stand by my vet but the others are a proceed with caution. I took one of my dogs in because she had collapsed in my kitchen after going outside to potty. I had no idea why, it wasn't that cold, etc. My vet was off that day so I had to see somebody else. Well after $686 and my I'm not going any further it was discovered she had an UTI and just needed a simple antibiotic shot. You can thank me for part of that nice new parking lot. :( I will also only have my regular vet put my pets to sleep. The other female vet ran us thru the ringer because the cat's rabies shots were expired by a couple months. We are putting her to sleep!!!! For hyperthyroidism, no you aren't doing an autopsy. the woman also kept trying to kick us out of the room instead of allowing us to be there until the end. This cat belonged to my daughter since she the cat was a kitten and my daughter was one. The whole thing was handled so roughly I'm still disgusted and it has been a year.

We saw Dr. Whiteley for the first time yesterday after being very disappointed with the care and follow up by another Billings vet when our 5 year old dog suddenly lost her eyesight due to a rare condition. Dr. Whiteley was WONDERFUL. She spent 1.5 hours discussing our dog's condition with us (we were booked for a 1 hr consultation) and gave us so much more information and hope. The difference between the care she provided and that we received at our former vets is like night and day. I cannot say enough about this wonderful woman!

We have been taking our dogs here since we moved to Laurel. They have been so awesome to work with, reasonably priced and they don’t push for you to do things you don’t want for your pets. We just had to put our old guy Jake down on the 29th and they were extremely compassionate, had a candle and note on their reception desk, waited until we were ready to say good bye to our dog. I’m still sad over it but I know he’s in a better place. Thank you Dr Davis for all your compassion and for letting us know this was the best choice for him as he was very sick.

We see Dr Sonya, she specializes in homeopathic care and to me that is important. However she also uses traditional care which is best of both worlds. We adopted two abused crested and she has been tackling the issues that came with them. The front desk is both friendly but also helpful and if they don't know the answer they will go ask. Can't emphasize how important that is, my other vet office is losing me and the rest of my pets for that reason alone. One drawback is that they book up fast for boarding so you need to be on the ball and call in weeks in advance. 5/1/18 After taking my little one in to ask about doing additional drops (dry eye) and the nurse insisting I must get an appointment because her eye didn't look good. She came home with a "dog cold", following week I run into a gentleman in the parking lot who trades incidents and learn his dogs weren't sick either until a regular visit. I've pointed out to them that they are the ones who got her sick and not so much as an apology. I should have known better when the room they put us in looked like they'd scraped callouses off a dog or bad dandruff all over the table. Obviously they hadn't even cleaned the room between appointments. never again will I leave my dog(s) in their care without being there. To top it all off, I left a message for Dr Rob about an immunization and needing him to call me back. Instead I get his vet tech who was rude and has no authority what-so-ever to make any decisions like this. Only reason I'm giving them a 4 star (down from 5) is because I still really like Sonya.
