Self wash rarely has any soap. Vacuums are frequently down, car mat cleaner also out of service. Owners need to make some changes or they will be out of business.

I've tried this place twice now. With my truck I went through okay but I suspect I got a new scratch or three. Then, with my SUV my vehicle was following their directions etc but somehow at the end started drifting off course. And my windows remained very dirty.
It's okay for a quick wash, but if you wana spend that kind of money... Go to literally any of the other car washes in town. Some of them even have rags so you can wash your windows.

Just horrible went into both touchless and the other and both didn’t seem to do absolutely nothing different if anything my truck looks work then no towels or anything at all 50 bucks in and complete worthless didn’t even phase it

Well it’s not the worst car was and it’s not the best car wash but for the most part it did clean my Malibu up fairly well. I will probably be back.

Absolutely the best car wash in Billings the staff is super helpful any problems I've ever had been taken care of right on the spot no questions asked can't give enough for stars on this review can't wait to come back and wash again see you guys soon.

On June 30, 2025. My dad and I went through this car wash, with the pickup truck. We picked the most expensive wash they had $26 because we had a bunch of dead bugs on the front and figured the top-tier wash would take care of it But honestly, it barely made a difference. Most of the bugs were still there after the wash, especially on the bumper and windshield. For the highest level wash, we expected way better. It felt like a waste of money, and we left pretty disappointed

The gentleman that just sprayed off my car front back and sides before I even went into the car wash, NO ONE has ever done that since I've been coming here, I have the monthly membership! Thus man needs a raise and a bonus in fact soon as I'm through this wash I'm circling around to give him a tip! He should be training and running this place this man has business sense. Joshua you will do great things sir!

Used the hand wash on my classic sports car and something left horrible drips and removed or stained the shiny finish. I reported it immediately to the manager who tried to remove it with various cleaning maneuvers including the brush wash but it remains. I KNOW this was caused by some chemical in the wash wand but the owner refuses to believe me - says it was there before. I’m the only person who drives and washes this car. I highly recommend you stay away from this establishment!

The quality of the touch free wash has really gone downhill. It leaves a film on it vehicle every time. For $45 monthly subscription it’s not been worth it for us and we’ve had that since they opened. Unfortunately because of the continuous decrease in quality we’re going to have to cancel.
