Absolutely f*cked up my license plate and other parts on my car. Of course they don't take responsibility for it, but that's what happens when you don't put pride into what you do. Could've done better washing it with a garden hose too.

Paid full price for my car to get sprayed down and all the guy did was direct me in and then went on his phone. I get people don’t wanna work but i worked for this money.

Horrible ,says open at 7am. I have been there at 7, 715, 730 no one there 1/2 the time. Went Saturday 9:28 am, no one at the office, no one in line to help get in, had to backup and u turn to get out. The vacuums 1/2 of them do not work. Nice place , but no one is home. After you cancel you still have to pay for 10 more days :0(

Arrived into a bay today and it wouldn't accept any of my debit or credit cards. Needless to say, I was frustrated as I only had a short window of opportunity to get my vehicle clean. I walked across the lot and found some guys up by the main automated wash entrance and asked if they were employees. After confirming, one of the gentleman took concern and said that a few of the bays were indeed having payment issues, but that he would try with his own card. I expressed concern that I didn't want him to pay for my wash, but he assured me that the company would cover the cost if his card worked. He retrieve his card and slid it through the slot and voila, it worked! I was able to get my car washed in time.The importance of this interaction is profound, not only because he took the time to assure my concern was met and demonstrated awesome customer service to the other employees, but he also just earned a loyal customer. I will be back and will gladly share this experience with my friends... and on this review platform as well - thank you!

Half of the vacuums don’t work. I had a membership and my barcode would never read. The mat cleaner is usually down. The tunnel doesn’t get rid of bugs or clean tires very well. They have a station of cloths to wipe down your car but there are never any clean ones. Waste of money.

Meh. Half of the time the vacuums are barely sucking. There have been times where I have had to switch several spots to find a decent one. I don’t think any of the different washes I’ve tried have ever truly cleaned my car… both the touch-less & brush wash can’t seem to clean the back of my Grand Cherokee properly. They don’t offer drying towels, yet some of their washes don’t include the driers. Even if they do, you still have a fair amount to hand dry afterwards unless you like water spots. Thank goodness I’ve always kept my own drying towels in my car. I go here when it’s convenient, but I truly hate to spend my money on a subpar wash. So it’s a rare occurrence.

Used the touch less wash for the first time today. The system glitched out when I was in the bay. After the soap was applied, it said I was done and had me move forward without rinsing the soap. It took me 15 minutes to find anyone who could help me. Once I did, the young man apologized and gave me a coupon to go through again. I appreciated that he made it right and my car came out (mostly) clean the second time around. The touch less washes have a hard time cleaning the back of vehicles it seems. Not sure I will be back.

Don't give them your credit card. They overcharged us over $100 on our credit card in 8 months of 2023 and when my husband asked to speak to manager, she just said they raised their prices. The changed the option we had to a more expensive one without us knowing, and they charged us monthly rates higher than their published rates on their website that are cheaper. They had no explanation for a mystery $15 charge on our credit card. All they could tell my husband was had raised prices so no overcharge. They do now have a deal where first person pays the full price but second person in family is half-priced that they never would have offered that if hadn't complained. I still believe we were overcharged $100, but they offered no adjustment or explanation just that they had raised prices. The ceramic feature is terrible it leaves film on my back window and windshield. Lots of other car washes in Billings so don't sign up for their monthly charges and if you do use them look closely at your credit card charges as they may slip in higher prices or charges you didn't approve. Terrible customer service when you catch them overcharging!

Used the self-serve wash. I like using CC to pay, rather than stuffing quarters every two mimutes. Shuts off at $13, which isn't long enough for a thorough wash & dry.

First off, they’re touchless never would get the dirt off. So, I went through the main one a handful of times and it would bend my license plate, so I had asked them to turn the machines down a bit (as they told me to do). Well, it ripped my entire license plate holder off of the front of my car and another mesh piece which is now broken so I can’t even get a replacement part to fix it. I didn’t notice this right away since I don’t always vacuum my car out, but when I did I tried calling 3 times and no answer. I went back to the location to talk to the manager and she said there is no way I can prove that was them. Plus, “You’re taking your car through a machine, you should know that could happen.” Um no, people don’t expect to get their car damaged at a car wash. She would not give me a refund and was being very rude.She offered me to wash my car using their hoses. I asked if it could scratch my paint and she said “no but if it does you’re responsible.” I asked her to show me how to do it, and she barely gave me the time of day. As I was spraying my car it left a big paint chip on my back bumper. I calmly showed her that and she said “Yep, our hose definitely did that, but you're old enough to know how to wash your own car.” She also said, “If you suck up your big engagement ring is that my fault?” Excuse me?!! Very very very unprofessional and they did not offer any support other than a free wash, which I do not want to damage my car even more. So now I have to pay to fix the chip and the damage to the front of my car. I did not even receive a refund after this experience.Stay clear from this place, they do not care about your car at all. If/when there is damage, they will be no help. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated from the staff.

They have the worst card readers at any car wash I’ve ever been too. But, the employees can make a or break a business. The employees make this business keep going! They all have great attitudes and always help out!

It’s close to my house, so I really wish it wasn’t such a s#*tshow, but unfortunately I’ve just got to be done giving them money.Their super expensive, automated wash doesn’t get the dirt off the back of a hatchback, and there are no microfiber towels unless you’re a member. Their touch-free washes (automatic and manual) are riddled with system issues and aren’t even working most of the times I’ve tried.Today I drove in wanting a quick wash and their automatic touch-free was broken. I drove down Central to a new place that just opened up and everything ran like a Swiss watch for the same price.

Very happy with the choices they offer with their washes. Just want the dryers on the non touch to be better. They don't have towels to dry your windows, at least none at any of the times I've visited, their little area/box is always empty.

Paid $22 for an useless car wash. My vehicle was not clean. They do not provide cleaning supplies like other car washes. I've tried them twice now and will not be coming back. Their mat cleaner has been out of order both times.
