I wasn't happy! We drove out of our way to specifically get ski goggles after looking online and it said they had them in stock and instore. Only to be told that they don't sell them. 👎

Maybe the chatty gun sales guys should ask if people need help and actually try to sell something. Was just in and not one of the three older men came over and asked if I needed help with anything. Lost out on selling a 1800 sight purchase.

Lots of outdoor items. Went in for a shooting vice and had a hard time finding them. Found them on multiple isles. Wish the store was better organized.

Was trying to buy a gun but no one, not a single employee (I was obviously needing help, looking around at stuff) asked if they could help me. There were numerous employees available, I guess I'll be taking my money over to Scheels 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ no one was rude or anything, but the level of the irrelevance of my presence that I felt was just awful.

The quality of service at this specific store is gone. I will not longer be going here for ammo or any other gun related items. I bought a pistol back in 2020. I knew exactly what make and model I wanted but they didn't have it in their display case. Their website at the time said is was in stock so I asked a employee if he could go find it in back. But apparently that was to demanding of him to go look. They had it and I ended up with what I wanted but I have overlooked this until now. Recently on two separate occasions I tried to sell one of my guns to put to something else but on both occasions I got jacked. The first time they said they could not buy my pistol because ithe safety didn't work. Well the next day I went out to the range and well the safety does work. So whoever they are hiring does not seem to know what they are talking about. The time I tried after that the employee looked at my gun, took my info and he went back onto to offer me 70 bucks. That offer was pathetic and the gun was worth way more then that, so they lost my business so I am not coming back anytime soon.

I’ve shopped at this store many times for outdoor equipment and firearms. Great employees, but that’s not an issue. My most recent order was not shipped until 10 days past the order date. “Arrives in 5-7 days”right? Cabelas charged my card two separate times during this 10 day period, subsequently getting my card deactivated over concerns of fraudulent purchases. Shop elsewhere, Billings is a big town
