“As a big family of eight, it was difficult finding an affordable rental that would fit all of us & our luggage as we prepared for our first family vacation to Glacier, MT. The chains through the airport were minimal help, had snotty attitudes, & were so expensive. Last minute I heard that Taylor's was worth looking into & I'm so glad I did. Felt like we were borrowing a friend's car. No fuss, no attitude, no hidden rules or fees- just good ol' honest business. They were so helpful & because of them, we didn't have to split our family up by taking two cars. Totally recommend & will never rent a rig through anyone else!!!”

National car rental in Billings called me to let me know that they had sat them aside for me to come pick up. Over the years i have lost/left several items in rentals and was never contacted by the rental co. that i had done so. This location along with their quality inventory of vehicles are extremely honest.”

“Literally had my best car rental experience at AA & A Auto Rental. I called up Dave about a week in advance and told him we had 11 people with ski gear and he hooked us up with a full size truck and SUV which worked perfectly not to mention it was the cheapest rates of any rental place near the airport (I did check). Picking up and dropping off the vehicles was incredibly fast and easy and the vehicles were in very good condition. Definitely will go back next time I rent in Billings.”

“I gave the actual staffing a 5 star rating. The car was like new, clean and looked great.That is where it went downhill. As an owner of 3 Toyotas, and damn happy with them, I thought the Camry would be a great choice. Wrong, it actually bottomed out with 2 passengers and 2 carry on bags on a state 2 lane highway and drifted rather severely with no reasoning.The agency was great, the car was horrible.I am shocked hertz chose Camrys after driving this one.”

“I recently flew into Billings, MT and had a horrible experience with Hertz. I walked down to the Budget desk and was greeted by Maddie. She immediately listened to my concerns and was so helpful!! After a long day of travel, she was efficient and was able to help me with my rental car. I was so grateful for her as summer is a busy time for travel to that area. Upon returning the car, Eloi was very sweet. These ladies are very good at customer service and in the future, I will only book with Budget at the Billings Airport!!”

“Thrifty Car Rental, Billings International AirportOn July 10th, my daughter and I left Charleston, SC and flew to Billings, MT. Once we arrived at the airport we were told that my reservation wouldn’t go through because a credit check came back and was registering that I did not meet their credit standards. I then pulled out my 2 other cards (Business Credit Card- doesn’t run credit checks and my personal credit card) and asked to use one of those cards. The representative (Leah), wouldn’t help me or even give me the correct info because there was a line behind me and our flight had come in over 2 hours late. She just wanted to get out of there. I know this because she came flying past us as we sat waiting for a cab.The next morning I called the airport and asked for the manager. Thankfully, Teresa (manager) was there and was absolutely wonderful. I explained to her that I had rented exclusively with Thrifty for the last 4 years and that being able to rent their vehicle was of Paramount Importance to our trip. We were going to Yellowstone National Park, driving down to Denver, CO, and then going up to the Cheyenne Frontier Rodeo, ending with us returning our rental car at Denver International Airport. In total, our trip was 10 days and we needed a vehicle every single day.I was very disappointed with the crappy service that I got from Leah but extremely relieved and happy with the service that I received from Teresa and Marquavius (spelled incorrectly, sorry). They told us that I could have used my Business Credit Card (no credit checks) or even my personal credit card the night before (at 2 AM). Both of which I had with me in case of emergencies. Both of which I showed to that ridiculously unhelpful and unfavorable attendant Leah, the night before. I’m quite certain that she just wanted to get her customer line down and then get home; as seen by her power walking past my 14 year old daughter and I.I really need to say Thank You Very Much to Teresa and Marqueevus. Without you two our 10 day trip out west would not have been possible. You two are truly PROFITABLE credits to the Thrifty Car Rental name.Leah, on the other hand is detrimental to Thrifty Car Rentals. Who turns down a 10 day car rental? Worth over $1,000 with Insurance, when all she had to do was ask me to step aside so that she could help the others in line and then come back to me and then run my Business Card. Instead, she had no problems leaving me and my daughter stranded 2,000 miles and 2 time-zones away from home. Thanks for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LEAH! Nothing! Zero! Nada! “I had a good experience with Tom over here at Ernie’s. I was on a tight time crunch to get a somewhat reliable vehicle to get through the winter. After test driving a few SUV’s (and battling with the finance company) Tom pointed me in the direction of a Jeep Compass. Sure she wasn’t the cutest thing out there, but when I asked for it, Tom delivered. After having an issue on another vehicle during a test drive (Operator error) there was no indication that he was upset with me at all. He was there to help any way he could responsibly and respectfully. Don’t get me wrong, these aren’t going to be your “state of the ark” vehicles but you’re getting what you see, and Tom was blatantly honest about issues with certain vehicles as soon as I mentioned them. 10/10 recommend Tom over at Ernie’s Auto.”
