one to shop for new carpet for home. We had bought a new home and carpet one had provided the carpet for it 22 years ago so we came to you. I do not remember the sales reps name from then, but he really didn’t seem that interested in doing business with us. I had made a decision based on his performance we wouldn’t do business with you. Fast forward a year and we were ready to make a purchase we were shopping stores and we decided to give it one more chance. What a difference we talked to Nick he went above and beyond to help us, our concern was the installation process and he provided us with a great installer.
