Did not feel that checking car batteries were worth checking (advertising in window says free check) three guys there. Guy I got wasn't feeling my safety for the next car start was necessary apparently. Honored over the phone price match for part they had available the competition did not.

Awesome. They didn't have the part i needed and it wasn't available anywhere in their system but they called another store, Not a carquest and they had it. Gave me the part # and address. I've done business with Carquest for years.

They didn't run the right account. So I ended up paying full price on something I regularly get cheaper HERE. Then they tell me that because I left, there's nothing that they WILL do. Don't go here. Go to any other auto parts store. This place is a rip off. I will go to orileys from now on.

Horribly poor customer service I'm surprised this location still exists in Billings. I've never experienced the level of disrespect.
First, I stood there patiently for over 5 minutes waiting for one of the available cashiers. Secondly, once I was "helped" I asked to have my battery tested and charged. The man asked where I bought it from (it's from a friend's vehicle that I was helping out) and laughed at me because it was from Autozone and then he brushed me off and helped a FedEx driver for a few more minutes so I grabbed my battery from the counter and left furious. I'll never go back and never recommend.

I went in for a tool,but they didn't have it on the shelf but the staff checked and found what I needed in the back.

Communication is either lacking with this receiver or with the broker. Was scheduled for a noon delivery but someone failed to notify the broker that this receiver goes to lunch at noon till 1300. 2 stars because of the ease of backing into the loading docks.
