I was overcharged for my drink when i went to get gas on a break from work. So i called and tried to get it figured out and instead of them trying to fix there wrongs they sounded irrated like i was an inconvenience for calling. Not very professional

It was very nice shopping inside for a gas station, honestly. Staff was there and courteous with a large selection of convenience foods.

They have ethanol free premium fuel. Give veterans free coffee everyday! Amazing gas station!

I've rarely experienced anything closely resembling courteous service at this Zip Trip location. A large percentage of the cashiers apparently chose the wrong vocation, as evidenced by their inability to say "thank you" or "you're welcome"

All honesty; definitely the best store in town for CB radio parts!! Whenever I’m heading East or coming home West, this is my stop. Sometimes the cashiers attitudes are not the greatest but overall a great stop.

Nice and clean store lots of extra stuff for just about everybody's needs or wants! Lol I'm going shopping again there for sure, neat stuff! A truck drivers heaven there and if you smoke, there's good prices to choose from. The staff there are lacking in training in dealing with new customers and disabled patrons although after my visit I was able to send feedback to the corporation and they were able to see and hear what went on and they made the wrong right. I'll bet you they all get some new information to study!! For that I'm very impressed with that corporation. Ya'll come on out here and you won't be sorry. It's about 5 minutes from Billings on the outskirts of Lockwood. Happy New Year Everyone, let's have a wonderful 2023! ?

Card readers are horrible here. They do not work. This has become a frequent problem. Install tap and pay like everyone else.

Been coming here daily for coffee before work for about 2 months now and I just have to say the workers are beyond pleasant and the coffee is always freshly brewed! I do wish they had a couple more cream options but hey they can’t be perfect!
