My friend ordered us a couple burritos from your restaurant and we were very impressed with those burritos, they were great! I haven't had a burrito like that since I was 12 or 13 years of age. Great Job Chipotle! A true 5 star restaurant.

All I could taste was rice. $18 for food and a drink? Crazy, and they just fill the burrito with rice, because that's cheap.

Routinely "out" of critical ingredients. Went in person and told they were only taking online orders. Ordered online through the app while standing in the store and then waited almost 40 minutes to get our meals after the app estimating 10 minutes. The order was then missing multiple ingredients without any notice or compensation.

The place is clean and the employees are nice, but the food is not good. Crunchy rice that's not cooked all the way and very bland. It's gotten too expensive for that kind of quality.

This was hands down the worst experience I have had in my entire life at an establishment. My mother went in to order food and the people at the counter insisted she order through the app and that she could not order at the counter. She is not particularly tech savvy so she call me to help her make the order in part because she didn't know how but also because she was trying to wrangle her 3 yo granddaughter.I downloaded the app only for it to glitch out 4 times and then finally when I got to the end it only gave me the option to pay with apple pay which of course also did not work. At this point I asked to be put on the phone on the phone and asked why they couldn't serve her at the counter which the person finally said well now we can serve her at the counter.....My poor mom has now wasted an hour just trying to order. It would be one thing if there had been a logical reason and the staff was kind but they were so rude and degrading to my mom who was trying to buy food for herself, her granddaughter, and several other people as a thank you. I work in the service industry myself and it is not that hard to treat someone walking into any shop simply as another human being rather than a number with a credit card.Not that it matters to a billion dollar organization but will never being going back to chipotle. For the record I tried to call the manager and use the live agent function and it is actually impossible to get through the automated routing.

I'm bummed to have to write this because they are super polite and I love that we have Chipotle in Billings! I would have much rather spoke to a manager than blast out on google. I tried to call but like every other company, they have a bot you can't get past to talk to a human and voice your concerns about the meal you received. This is my third time trying Chipotle in Billings. We order to-go for our office of three to four, so not huge to-go orders. The first time, they forgot the order of chips but we got the queso! Second time, was great because I stood there while they made it. Third, is the straw that leads to this. They forgot the chips, again! Our runner caught it, turned around and grabbed them only to get them here and they are stale. They are chewy.... The Guac... well see for yourself. I'm aware it can turn dark. I would think they would take precautions to keep it looking fresh or just keep it fresh. If the color was the only issue, I wouldn't be writing. It isn't any good.... Now, we are at the office, can't leave and lunch-less, and no one to make it right. Pretty frustrating. Do better!

First off the place was filthy! The floors were disgusting. When I got to the counter where you place your order, there was dried food outside of the containers with Hot food, the counter was filthy also. They also were out of Chips!!

Always have had a good experience here. I generally frequent between 12:30pm-3pm. Staff are friendly, food is delicious. 1 star for atmosphere, as all Chipotle building designs have horrible atmosphere.
