Coulson Park is a quiet, scenic area located along the Yellowstone River. It features a paved walkway and various natural surfaces like rocks, sand, and grass, making it a nice spot for outdoor activities. Visitors enjoy walking, biking, and relaxing with their dogs and kids in a peaceful environment that is less crowded. The park offers beautiful views of rocks on the opposite side of the river and provides a calm place to dip feet in the water or explore nature. Nearby, there is a boat ramp, although it appears unused and may be rocky and slippery. The parking lot is clean but can be unsafe after dark, and some transient residents have been noted in the area. The highway bridge nearby is under construction, limiting access in certain spots. Overall, Coulson Park is a charming, low-key location ideal for outdoor recreation and enjoying nature, especially when the weather is warmer.
No one was here. parkingg lot empty, clean, but not the safest place after dark. Boat ramp probably hasn't been used in years, but i wouldnt know. Its no where near the water right now. Pretty spot but going through that neighborhood to get there was sketch ppl.

I used the boat ramp area. There were some transients residing in the parking area. Just wanted to find a spot to throw a chair in the water and relax for a bit.
