The gal running the front was doing her best, all alone. She was helpful and friendly. Her I give 5 stars. The fact it was just her is super scary. Owner should never let 1 person work for safety reasons.

Bad coverage and the worst customer service. App will not down load on their phone. And if you do get customer service their English is so bad you can not understand them, Cricket is just another "do not care about it customers company."

The guy working in the office on Sunday afternoon was clueless. I went in to get a data only activated on my tablet. He proceeded to tell me that wasn’t possible. I pointed him to the sign in the store which said it’s possible as well as the cricket wireless website. This guy said I don’t know how to do that let me call my district manager. He called and came back and said well we can try. I said your cricket wireless that’s the best you can do is try. Anyway, don’t waste your time go by your Sim at Walmart and activate it online.
