I have always had a great experience at this pharmacy. Amy is always polite, very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful as well as the other staff members I’ve encountered. People need to remember that they are human and helping people that have taken the time to drive to their location should always come before people making a phone call. Please be kind to each other.…..?

The pharmacy workers are always quick to acknowledge me and wait on me. At the front counter of the store, Megan went above and beyond to help me with a sale item that I couldn't find. I was very happy with her friendliness and competence.

This pharmacy is terrible, especially Amy. The number of times they forgot to mix my prescription and I had to go back or was told I can mix it myself was ridiculous. Or telling me my insurance wouldn't let me fill a prescription yet when I told them to run it again all the sudden it was fine. Another time I was even short 3 days on my meds! The lack of detail and arguing I had to do to make sure everything was done correctly was concerning considering they are dealing with medication.

I have had very good experiences shopping at CVS. They work with you finding the deals that coincide with coupons and money back via extrra bucks.

Transferred all my meds to CVS from Walmart. I have been a customer at Walmart pharmacy for over 12 years and in the last two years I've had nothing but headaches trying to get meds refilled there. It was a nightmare going without medication while no one at the pharmacy at Walmart were on the same page getting six different answers all the time. CVS has been amazing and I've had no issues if something is wrong I'm notified immediately. Something Walmart never did for me . I'm able to pick up meds in the drive through without any issues which is nice since I'm disabled and sometimes walking a short distance is difficult.

Great service on the pharmacy, especially considering how busy every pharmacy in town is. They give good fast service and the manager with the black curly hair is always helpful

All of the pharmacies in town are short staffed and stressed out resulting in long wait times and poor customer service. I switched to CVS from the Main St. Walgreens because it was always a 45 min wait, minimum, they were often out of what I needed, and they were condescending and difficult about my Adderall prescription. I've had the opposite experience at this CVS. Moe is helpful and clear in his explanations, the staff is still kind even though they are clearly overworked, and they fill our prescriptions as efficiently as they can. I also like the CVS app a lot more than the Walgreens one. The atmosphere of the store is bleak but all CVSs are like that for some reason. I'm glad I switched from Walgreens.

Dear Pharmacy People: you work hard that is obvious. But good customer service would be when people are lined up, and the first person hasn’t been waited on, just say something. “Be with you shortly.” Or how about, “I’m sorry this is taking so long.” We get it. Today three of us were lined up for 15 minutes when a customer asked the first person, “Have you been waited on yet?” “No,” was the reply. At the time, the pharmacist (or technician said), “There’s only one of us here right now.” We get that. But acknowledge the best that you can please.

They must have had a turnover of employees within the last month in the pharmacy .They are ridiculous and dont know anything about previous prescriptions.

Went to this CVS for COVID vaccination. The nurses handling the actual vaccines were amazing, and both of the stars given were just for them. The rest of the employees were unsettling at best; only a couple wore "masks," one wore a bandana and one wore a mask that hung a full inch off his face thereby doing absolutely nothing meaningful. For a place that is literally giving vaccines for COVID it just felt totally tone-deaf and really did not inspire any faith in them as a proxy healthcare provider. Thank goodness the nurses had a totally different vibe or I would have felt uncomfortable going back for dose 2.

Tried for over 2 hours to reach the pharmacy by phone and was put on hold ...Ridiculous. They need to answer the phone if they want people to continue as customers.
