Dirty and disorganized store that doesn’t offer a checker at the counter so you are forced to use the ineffective self checkout machines which don’t work and eventually you have to wait for an employee to help you anyway. Won’t ever go back to this store or any CVS.

Phil in the Pharmacy is one of kind.
No one wants to deal with picking up a perscription. But he actually cared and went above and beyond. GOD BLESS!

Wow! Never have I seen such a customer friendly person here at this location. Huge Shout out to Philip he was simply amazing.
Other people especially an older lady with short hair n glass. Her n other are completely not helpful n rude. The other staff could learn a thing from Philip.

Charlie is an excellent customer service rep at this CVS. She greeted me, asked me what I needed help with, sent me in the right direction, was very friendly at checkout. When I came back a few hours later she remembered my name!

Be careful, you can save big at CVS but NOT in-store. There’s no WiFi & even using data, your app won’t work in store. No matter how carefully I prep my app & select all coupons, the system will just ignore some. Most clerks don’t even understand how to fix the situation & several do not even understand the self checkout. Further, inventory is horrible rn, the app is full of out of stock items, but the stores are even worse. Just get the app & have it delivered or do pickup when there’s a good deal. We went in the store today and it cost me at least $10 extra but the clerk didn’t even understand that the self checkout scale is too cheap for tiny products & wont register even if I try harder, so I knew it would be pointless to try to get the proper coupons to work. I don’t know why they hire only the angry or incompetent, but I have a feeling they can’t afford their staff or their own deals so they set up the in-store systems to overcharge or to skip coupons. If you must use in store, print out every single coupon, a lot of them are more specific than they look lol.

A very sweet older lady was in the store working when I entered. She stopped, vacuuming from across the store to welcome me and ask if there was anything that I needed. I told her no and went about my shopping. When I went up to check out, she was nearby to help if needed. After completing my purchase, I gathered my bags, and she wished me a nice evening. She appeared to be the only employee working in the store and was very friendly and I appreciate it, and just want to recognize my good experience.

I called this place and the pharmacy answered but the pharmacy isn’t open and the phone system doesn’t connect to any other department. I drove up there and the 2 clerks were sitting down visiting. I asked about the phone and they just looked dumb. I told them what I was looking for and one clerk just pointed and said back there. I never did find the product but it was listed as being available.

Hit or miss on the service quality on staff. Sometimes great service and mostly subpar service. Expecting improvement!
