I was looking at my calendar and planning my week, and I have a couple Rx's I have to fill every month. I had one of my refill dates entered into my calendar wrong by mistake, as one of my medications fills every 28 days, and the other fills every 30 days. Simple mistake, but I didn't catch it. I just was trying to plan ahead, since I wouldn't be able to easily make it into the pharmacy this week due to us owning two businesses, plus kiddos, and we end up extremely busy. So on my calendar this specific Rx looked like it refilled tomorrow, and I hadn't sat and diligently counted pills remaining, which I should have done to realize something was off. I didn't think of it, as it's not a big deal. I just knew that my work week was absolutely insane; especially early this week, and figured I should refill today, in case I wasn't able to make it in this week and wouldn't risk missing a dose. So I called the pharmacy and got Joe. Oh, lord. Joe was so insanely rude that I was actually astonished, in that he rose his voice a little and said he won't refill the Rx today. Still thinking my Rx refilled tomorrow I asked, "You won't refill a single day early? Can I ask why?" and Joe didn't even notice the date, either, Joe just snapped, "I don't owe you an explanation. I don't fill medications early". I said, "I'm just asking because some people live far out of town and can't make it in, since we live in Montana, and some people like me work long hours and have kids, and can't make it in on the *exact* date, so may I ask why?" and again, he got really rude and even lied, and said Federal Regulations don't allow early refills, until I told him I've worked in a pharmacy, and yes, they do. Then he changed his mind and said "Well, maybe they do, but I just won't do it" and doesn't need to explain why. Never once did he notice I had the date wrong in my calendar either, and never did he listen to me when I said I'm *not out of medication* I'm just trying to organize my workweek. He just talked over me as loud as he could without even taking a breath like he was trying to win some argument in his own mind, was extremely rude, and then hung up on me in the middle of me saying, "I'm just asking why, is all". Wow. I called back, wondering how to change pharmacies, and he immediately hung up on me again before I could even ask. I called again and just blurted out, "How do I change pharmacies and who do I complain to?" before he had a chance to hang up on me again. He gave me the number and hung up. This sucks, because I loved this pharmacy, and have friends who work/worked here whom I enjoy seeing when I go in. Now I have to switch pharmacies and it just all-around sucks. He could have just said, "You have the date wrong by one day" or something, and I could have figured it out with work, but he was SO RUDE! Jeez, guy. Scott is way nicer, and he would have said, "You have the day wrong, dummy" and I could have just laughed and figured out my work schedule for Tuesday somehow. It's not hard to be nice, JOE.

I liked this place until I met Scott. He is one of the rudest, condescending and disrespectful people I have met. I called to ask about my perscription that I was having trouble receiving and he cut me off, didn’t event try to find it, told me no other cvs had it -cause he checked- and that hopefully they would have it by Monday. I asked if I could get a text or something if they were unable to get it, cause this has been quite the battle and I haven’t been notified when it’s been unable to be filled in the past, and his words were “I have 200+ prescriptions I don’t have time to call you”…. Okay, understandable but could you learn to make time for some manners. I called back over an hour later just to tell him that he was condescending and shouldn’t speak that way, I was really upset, he proceeded to continue to treat me even harsher and then tell me that now my perscription was available at another cvs - although it wasn’t an hour ago - then hang up on me. Scott is a jerk and honestly this is too small a town to treat people like that and if you wanna continue to allow it I can guarantee your time will free up cause you probably will lose some of the patients of the 200 prescriptions you are so busy filling. For being in a job that you literally deal with people when they are at their worst, often sick, and to treat them like how I was, honestly is disgusting. Thanks Scott for an experience I will happily share with everyone I know in this little town.

I have used this pharmacy a number of times, and the technicians were friendly and I got my medication quickly. I would definitely recommend this location.

Constantly dealing with them not having a medication that I have been taking for years. They expect me to go without while they wait for it to get to them. Tired of being on hold for 30-60 minutes! They make it sound like it’s MY fault! They didn’t even let me know they didn’t have it till it was too late in the day to do anything. I’m definitely switching pharmacies! I’m done with them. 2 of the technicians have a problem with rolling their eyes at you! So rude!!!

I dont usually review companies but if I can save anyone some headache it will be worth it. This is one of the least organized and unreliable pharmacies I have ever worked with. If you have other options I would highly recommend going anywhere else. We had problem after problem for months with these guys. As soon as we switched all the issues were resolved immediately.

Terrible! My daughter needs insulin to live each day and we have to drive 80 miles to pick up her prescriptions. On way too many occasions I would show up for a prescription they said was ready only to be told to come back 4 days later. 4 days later I would come back and have the same issue! It is extremely dangerous to patients when they can’t get a simple prescription filled in a timely manner!

Totally have gone to crap. If they happen to be open, they some how wont have your prescription even though they text that its ready. Call for for refill, text confirmation that its ready, go to the pharmacy, closed, try again, no prescription, it expired, you need a current script, it expired in may one month after filling it. Show them the bottle that has refills for another 6 months....crickets...well you need a new prescription. F**** you, another $250 office visit. Switched to Costco and zero issues.

Called today and spoke with Clayton to see if they received a request for a medication transfer. Clayton stated they just opened and he had too many people in front of him to check the faxes. He said I could come and wait in line to speak with him if it was important then hung up on me. the new pharmacy had tried all day yesterday to switch them over with no response. Worst customer service, never had this happen before, glad I’m switching ( which was due to insurance insured)

I have visited the store to pick up a prescription for my father, which was not much of an issue other than the wait time of being acknowledged at the counter. And also watching as not a single employee attempted to answer the phone as it rang over & over again. Here is where I have an issue. I called today and was on hold for over 40 minutes waiting for someone to even answer the phone & acknowledge my call. No one answered. I called another pharmacy to have my father's prescriptions transferred & even this pharmacy said it is difficult to get prescriptions specifically from CVS. I worked as a pharmacy technician for a very long time, employed by CVS and I am disgusted with the customer service. You are trained better than that.

Pharmacy workers refuse to acknowledge their failings, tell you to shut up when you try to correct them and then hang up on you when you ask for management. I'm dealing directly with CVS corporate on this one.

I don't get what is going on with their hours lately but it has been quite frustrating, especially with no communications whatsoever.
