This is a great hotel right in the heart of Billings. It has a nice restaurant and lounge. The only thing I could fault it on was their "gym" is just a few cardio machines. No weight machines or free weights. The cardio machines were newer so they worked fine.

Smug front desk staff. Noisy rooms (neighbor was drawing their curtains closed and it was like the noise was being broadcast direct to my brain). Fast elevators. No decent parking (prepare to pay for public parking). You’ll be dragging your luggage around the block.

Disappointing hotel. The heater fan surges loudly. I could hear people's TVs through the wall. My own TV would not turn on. There were no do not disturb tags in the room so naturally housekeeping came in at 9:00 a.m.

A little out dated like most doubletree hotels. Bathrooms are in dire need of a refresh. Convenient location helps.

Good hotel. Only one problem. The noise of the fire trucks and first responders lasted all night long. The facility itself was stellar.

Had issues with the plumming in my room. They switched me rooms without even asking and still had issues with the plumming. The taff was great. The rooms are a bit odd and a bit dated but its a good hotel.

This was a cross country trip that lasted 4 days for us and this was one of the 3 hotels we stayed in. This one had the best decor, most comfortable room, and a great location! Maybe even the best location because it’s downtown and you can walk to restaurants. Checkin was effortless. The staff was nice. Checkout was easy. The thing we didn’t like was parking. Parking was very difficult but after we parked, we were able to enjoy the scene and the overall hotel was nice. We walked to the nearby restaurants. They were nice as well!I would definitely recommend this one. Don’t forget to get your cookies!

The good:Wonderful pillowsClean fresh beddingOphelia at front desk - wonderful!Big tvEvelyn and Crabtree toiletriesGreat event spaceNice views from upper floorsThe not so good:Parking isn’t easy or always accessible. Small lot that is often full, parking in parking garage across the street.Bathtub was slow draining so standing in shower water - yuck.Cookies? Didn’t see any of those! No breakfast included (we did purchase breakfast at the restaurant on level 21, and it was good)No fan in the bathroom so super steamyVery small bathroomsOn floor 22 - event space. Bathroom was out of toilet paper and the one paper towel dispenser was not working.

The rooms could be cleaner and arranged better. As a diamond member, I got an "upgrade" to a Queen Premium room. The tv was 90 degrees to the bed. A table with ice bucket and glasses in the middle of the room and no chairs. The sink vanity was tiny. One of the robes had a big yellow stain.Rooms: See aboveWalkability: Good downtown location with airport shuttle.Food & drinks: Restaurant and Bar onsite.

First time in Montana! Absolutely love the location of this hotel!! Great place to stay with easy access and walkable distance to shops and local restaurants like Stella’s Diner! But I was very impressed by the excellent service Shane from the Front Desk gave! He was very welcoming, gave us great tourist tips, and his recommendations on restaurants like Stella’s which I absolutely loved for breakfast!! Shane deserves all the recognition!!

Stayed there for my Uncle's funeral. Very nice fireside room to gather and have a beer and conversation. Great Downtown Bars and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were a little more than I like to spend ($200) All in all worked out great.

Wallpaper peeling off my wall under the window in room 1010, dated decor, and a slow to drain tub. Water took about 5 minutes to get hot finally. Excellent view of the refinery (I'm guessing) and not much else from here. Also can hear the train quiet well when it rolls through town a block away.Front desk staff were great though.
