I work downtown and it is so convenient to be able to drop my vehicle off, walk to my office, and not take too much time out of my day. I cannot recommend Edam's enough. Great service, speed and convenience. The big chains may be for most, but if you want a taste of great service, stop here.

Needed rear brakes and rotors, was able to get me in same day and had me in and out. Fast and friendly service. Local family owned business and I definitely recommend them to others!

Was lied too and upcharged on almost everything...didn't get the service I came in for and was still expected to pay them for not doing a thing I asked for.
If you wanted payment perform a service other than nothing....
I took my car to a different shop and my parts were not faulty and my car was able to be aligned without issues. Your shop is a joke that just wants to think women don't know what they are talking about and wanting to charge me 250 for an alignment when I just paid 125 for one to be performed perfectly. Y'all need to go back to school and relearn what your doing. I'd give zero stars if that was an option.

I love this place and the staff there are awesome. They are fast and the pricing is excellent. Most notably, their customer service and communication are above and beyond most places in the area. I've had my alignment done at Staley's and the Break shop and Edam's pricing is better and their CS is better. I'm always surprised by how fast they get done with my car, and I think it's because they go with the underpromise and overdeliver model of customer service. They are friendly and helpful and have never once given me any sort of condescending treatment that is so prevalent towards women in this field. They are always respectful and helpful, and as I've said, the pricing is great too. Highly recommend.

I first came to Edam’s in search of new tires and I don’t keep going back just for the free rotations they provide with every set of tires they sell.
I also go back for oil changes, brake pads, suspension, etc., because my experience so far is that they are honest in their assessments and competent in their work.
They are always warm and friendly on the phone and in person.
Highly recommended!

These guys are the best!! I was worried they didn't do Fiat repair but they did a wonderful job on the front end repair, plus they are super friendly mechanics ? I definitely reccomend working with these guys!

These guys are great! Cooper was able to find a used tire for my Explorer and got me in the same morning I called. He was quick, efficient and even rotated my two front tires and didn't charge me. Called needing an oil change and steering alignment. They were able to get me in that day and also changed my tires which badly needed it, all for a fair price. Troy was very nice and knowledgeable. Pleasure to do business with. Would recommend to anyone!
