The treats are delicious (5 stars) , however I went with 3 stars because every time I attempt to put together an order on the app I get a message telling me the item isn’t available to that address on that day. Turns out it doesn’t matter what day you change it to, it really means the item simply isn’t available to that area. The app really needs to ask the delivery zip and then show you your options, I would place 10x the orders if the items I chose were actually available!

Placed an order online for a special treat for my team. Received a confirmation of the order for delivery today and my credit card was charged. Since we didn't get the delivery, I called to check on the order. Call went through to a corporate line with someone who can barely speak English. He informed me that the store had been closed and didn't understand why the order even went through. What a disappointment. How can this even happen?

This Edible Arrangement branch is truly special and I would highly recommend ordering from them! We ordered Mother's Day berries for delivery in the same state (although a few hours away) and they were somehow routed through multiple states before arriving in disastrous condition (melted and a mushy mess). I reached out the corporate company via their website multiple times with NO response. One of the owners of this location, Azure, reached out to me and went above and beyond to resolve the problem and resent the berries. They arrived in perfect condition and my mom was thrilled. Thank you Azure for caring so much!

Today I ordered something special for a friend online. Flowers, some fruit and cupcakes. The Manager at the Billings location was kind enough to call and inform me that although I had already placed my order online they were out of flowers for the day but she was willing to apply some extra things to the bundle to make sure we got that same day delivery we needed. Thanks KIM!!! The significance of the reason to why We purchased flowers today is great. Thank you for providing excellent service and for going the extra mile to make sure your customers are taken care of.

Got a delivery today for Valentine's Day and couldn't be happier. I had to work and asked my son to answer the door. They called me when no one answered. I was able to call my son and he received the delivery. That is customer service. Thank you so much this made my day.

Order was ready right at the time I’d selected to pickup including an email reminder. Went inside and wow, what a clean storefront! Everything looks fresh and tasty as I just surprised my wife and her co-workers. We’ll be back again.
